"O atendimento é bom e feito com bastante simpatia. As áreas comuns são agradáveis. Porém a suíte em que fiquei, talvez por coincidência, não apresentava boas condições. O chuveiro não aquecia a água e parecia entupido, jorrando de forma que não era possível tomar banho. A cama era confortável e o quarto estava limpo. "

"Amazing hotel. Small room but extremely well laid out. The breakfast is probably the best we've ever had! The attention to detail gives it a solid 10.. the only tiny thing we didn't like was the bed was a bit hard for my taste. I love having breakfast on the 10th floor with the great view of the city ... and being right next to the fancy shopping mall is a huge Plus. I really could not recommend it more, this was our second stay, and we moved from a suite hotel downtown because we missed how...
