Not good hotel

I was looked out of my room for 45 minutes because the room key don’t open the door and their hand man couldn’t solve the issue . They changed me to a dirty room at 22:00 after i insist . And i have to move all my staff late after they managed to open the door . I have a 1 year old baby , this was a massive inconvenient . Also they charged me twice because their member of staff didn’t beleive that i paid to hotel.com website befohand . He didn’t bother to check properly . Also they have parties at the restaurant with very loud music until later than 22:00 . Plus on the corredor you could hear everything from the rooms , especially a couple making love.

Fiquei um final de semana no hotel. Fui bem recepcionado. O ponto negativo foi o quarto que fiquei, que estava com o ar condicionado estragado (não funcionava), acústica do quarto horrível (ficava de frente à piscina), lençol da cama com cabelo de outros hóspedes e lençol manchados. O banheiro estava com mofo, parece que já tinha um tempo que o quarto estava fechado, a porta travava e o cartão tinha que ficar suspenso para a energia do quarto não desligar. Já fiquei outra vez no hotel e por isso voltei, mas essa experiência foi horrível. Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã. Se você já vai após as 09:00, não a reposição de muitos produtos e o ambiente está bagunçado.

Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites. O Hotel tem uma ótima localização, em frente ao shopping e com um parque bem perto. Estacionamento amplo. Cafe da manhã com ótimas opções. Quarto grande e com enxoval de boa qualidade. É um hotel Mais antigo, mas está bem conservado, exceto por algumas áreas onde se faz necessária retoque de pintura devido ao uso. A piscina grande é boa, sendo uma área bastante aproveitada do hotel. A única questão que tivemos foi a acústica do quarto, a porta deixa vazar bastante o som do corredor… da pra ouvir hóspedes que passam conversando e serviço de camareiras. No mais, foi uma estadia muito boa.
