"The hotel is the less-nice section of the Holiday Inn that it is housed in. This means that the rooms are not as nice but the amenities (pool, bar, dining room) are great. Our room had a broken lock and was missing towels and bedding when we arrived. The towels and bedding were resolved quickly, the lock never got fixed. The next day the cleaning staff cleaned up our room and took the used towels but didn’t replace them, leaving us with two towels for a family of 4. "
