"Disappointed to start with I booked a city view room and they told me that due to another guest extending their stay the room was unavailable I argued that this was not my problem but theirs and I had booked months ago it took at least 10-15 mins of discussion until the reception person suddenly found keys to another city view room that was vacant why do Hotels do this "
