"Pros: Clean room. Spacious than I expected.The staff were polite. One assistant helped bring my luggage up to my room. The hotel is in a terrific location. Very near to Ragigudda metro station. Also near to several good restaurents.The laundry service was great & affordable. Cons- 2 of the days I couldnt get hot water in the shower after noon. Hot water seems to be available in the morning. And my room had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. It was fine as i was alone. "

"Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of the best places I've stayed in."

"Excellent Staff, full of hospitability. You will feel welcome as soon as you arrive to the hotel. Restaurant on site serves delicious food. Hotel rooms clean and supplied everyday. What is also important Staff cares about area outside, being there on rain season I was not bitten by even one single mosqito ;) "
