"Bay Gardens Hotel is quite a dated hotel however some refurbishments were taking place to the dining area just prior to me leaving. I found the meals (lunch and dinner) good with breakfast being my least favourite as could be quite hit and miss on some days. My room was a standard king size room with a balcony which was an adequate sized room and modern which was cleaned thoroughly each day. I used the gym most days which is small however has all the necessary equipment for a decent work out. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach and sister hotels which is a great plus about this hotel stay. Another plus is the hotel provides water filling stations which provide filtered water. The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel is located in an ideal spot near to shops and a mall and local bars which I felt safe going to as a lone female traveller. St Lucia hotels can be extremely expensive but I found this to be good value for money and would definitely stay there again in the future."

"This place was absolutely magical! From the incredible room amenities to the delicious food, everything about our stay was five-star. The pools were breathtaking, the views were spectacular, and the entire property felt first class. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! "

"The hotel was okay overall, but it felt a bit run down and could use some updates. The staff interactions were somewhat impersonal, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed during our stay. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The buffet area also had an unpleasant odor that made dining there difficult. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends."

The accommodations and management of the property did not meet the reasonable expectations of transparency, consistency, and professionalism typically associated with hospitality services. During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. "I don’t even know where to begin—this was truly one of the most memorable trips my husband and I have ever taken. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and treated like family. Nella, Ginel, and all of the wonderful staff welcomed us by name and with a smile every single day , and Kevin kept us engaged and entertained from the moment we stepped onto the property until the moment we left. Our butler, Kimberly, was exceptional—caring, attentive, and sincerely invested in making every detail of our stay feel special. Housekeeping was another highlight. Shirley is an absolute gem. She left us daily affirmations and the most creative towel designs, and her energy set the tone for our mornings. Jonathan, the Coconut Man, made sure we had fresh coconut water every day, which became one of our favorite rituals. And even relaxing by the pool came with thoughtful touches—Ray surprised us by cleaning our lenses while we lounged, which was such a simple but memorable act of kindness. The food was outstanding, the entertainment kept us smiling day and night, and every staff member we encountered made us feel welcomed and cared for. This resort isn’t just 5 stars; it’s in a category of its own. We’re sad to leave, but already talking about when we’ll return to this little piece of paradise. ---"

"The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"
