- 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140 and wardrobe
- 1 shower room with washing machine
- Independent toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140 and wardrobe, communicating with 1 bedroom with 3 beds in 90 and chest of drawers

A large terrace at the back with garden furniture and gas plancha.
And a small terrace at the front covered and closed by bay window.
Private outdoor parking for 2 cars.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €250 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A contribution to the expenses of €25/week or short stay will be requested between MID-OCTOBER and MID-JUNE included.
A cleaning deposit of €250 will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.

Un logement fonctionnel et trés bien situé

Le logement est très fonctionnel, de beaux volumes que ce soit pour les chambres ou le salon afin d’accueillir notre troupe familiale. L'extérieur à l'arrière est idéal pour manger en famille et la plancha est idéale pour la saison. Possibilité de rentrer deux véhicule pour plus de tranquillité. Concernant l'emplacement, à 5/10 min de tout, que demander de plus. Bref, je recommande cette location.
