It features two bedrooms, a large shower, toilet, sink, and a closed storage room. The living room and kitchen are equipped with utensils, cutlery, and a TV. The washing machine is also equipped with sheets, covers, and towels.
Electricity and water consumption are limited to 350 kWh per month and 16 m³ per month. Any excess consumption will be subject to an additional charge. Non-smoking.
