Gorgeous space, wonderful light and location!

Angela’s apartment is beautiful, airy and light with everything I needed. The location is perfect, just away from the touristy crowds but easy access to the center. This felt like home immediately, great for work and relaxation. I could easily have stayed much longer.

Lovely old Viennese Building

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Best pillows I’ve ever slept on! Only negative was the noise in the street below at all times of the day. Air conditioning is only a small fan for one room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect location

It's a great neighborhood, 15 minutes of slow walking to get to the center, 3 minutes to the subway station, grocery stores, restaurants and bars basically in the same block as the apartment. It's a little loud and very bright very early in the morning so bring ear plugs and a sleep mask, I promise you will enjoy it.

Super zentrale Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, U-Bahnhof ist 3 min entfernt, außerdem fahren einige Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein türkischer Supermarkt und ein Yogastudio sind direkt im Hausbereich. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, ist mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien gerne wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Perfekte Lage

Lage der Wohnung war für unseren Wienaufenthalt einfach perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe, U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke. Super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, Bett prima, mehrere Kissen und Bettdecken vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Tolle recht zentrale Lage, etwas laut (Straßenverkehr und Baustelle direkt unter den Fenstern, wovon eins nicht richtig fest verschließbar war, da defekt ). Toaster und DVD Player fehlten. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Alles in Allem 4 von 5 Sternen.

Superwohnung

Beste Lage, nette Einrichtung in schoenem Altbau. Highly recommendable. Construction ongoing in front of the house, not landlady's fault, should be quiet after September. But anyway good choice, good windows keep noise at bay. We stayed for ten days, exploring Vienna. Very satisfied with the tastefulky furnished apartment. Will come again.

Comfortable, convenient apartment in charming neighbourhood

Spacious rooms, simple and elegant decor, even nicer than in the photos. Comfortable double bed plus double-size futon. Good internet service, clothes washer (no dryer), kitchen facilities (cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator), elevator. Owner friendly and helpful. Location about 30 minutes walk from most major attractions, but this is not a bad thing: the neighbourhood is quiet, and there is good bus, tram and U-bahn service nearby. (Note: Pilgramgasse U-bahn station is just a block away but is closed until early 2020. Closest U-bahn is Kettenbrückengasse, about 10 minutes walk away. 59-A bus stops on the corner and puts you right across from the Opera in the heart of the city. 13-A also a useful route: if coming by train, you can take it from the Hauptbahnhof to within a block of the apartment.) Small supermarket nearby and many restaurants and cafes in the area. The famous Naschmarkt only 10 minutes walk away. Would happily stay here again!

Wohnung war perfekt und wie beschrieben eingerichtet.Es war immer wieder schön, nach anstrengenden, kulturellen Unternehmungen,"nachhause" zurückzukehren. Anbindung an öffentl.Verkehrsnetz absolut problemlos. Ebenfalls erwähnen möchte ich den sehr guten Kontakt mit Frau Hörmann.Sie war stets erreichbar via e-mail und sms und konnte immer rasch und zuverlässig weiterhelfen. Stilvolles Apartment in bester Lage im 5.Bezirk

Hatte im März 2014 die Gelegenheit 5 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienapartment in bester Lage im 5.Bezirk in Wien zu verbringen. Nur 2 Minuten zur U-bahnstation Pilgramgasse und 5 Minuten entfernt von den wunderbaren Gourmet Verlockungen des Naschmarktes ist diese Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Wien. Großzügig angelegt und absolut stilvoll eingerichtet mit moderner Küche und neuem Bad ist dieses Apartment ideal für 2 - 4 Personen. Sehr gepflegt und sauber.Die Vermieterin war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme. Aufzug im Haus vorhanden. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten im 1. Bezirk und ein netter Spaziergang führt auch zur Mariahilferstrasse. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch.Karin

Wohnen wie die Wiener

wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung stimmt mit dem Inserat überein und alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Infrastruktur ist perfekt und die Läden für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der selben Straße wie die Wohnung. Sogar ein gutes Restaurant ist im gleichen Haus. Meine Gäste waren mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Einfach top!

Ich, als "Auslandswienerin", miete diese Wohnung gemeinsam mit meiner Familie immer wieder gerne fuer unsere "Heimaturlaube"! Die Location, die gebotene Infrastruktur und Verkehrsanbindung sind einfach top! Ausserdem sind der Naschmarkt und die Mariahilferstrasse (groesste Einkaufsstrasse in Wien) zu Fuss erreichbar!! Das Apartment selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und laesst keine Wuensche offen! Abgesehen davon handelt es sich hier um eine renovierte Altbauwohnung, die wie ich finde sowieso einen ganz besonderen Charme haben! (ausserdem sind diese im Sommer kuehler, was ein absolutes Plus ist) Es ist meiner Meinung nach fuer Familien genauso geignet, wie fuer junge Leute die das Wiener Nachtleben erkunden moechten! Jetzt kann ich nur noch: Viel Spass in Wien - einer der schoensten Staedte in Europa - wuenschen!

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben vom 11. bis 15. August 2011 wunderschöne Sommertage in Wien verbracht und uns in der tollen, sehr gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gute und geschmackvolle Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen in und um Wien! Das Haus wird zur Zeit aufwändig saniert, u.a. ein Aufzug eingebaut. In der Wohnung, die im 3. Stock liegt, bemerkten wir von den Bauarbeiten jedoch nichts - insbesonderer keine Lärmbelästigung; wir waren allerdings auch viel unterwegs und über das Wochenende ruhen die Arbeiten ja sowieso. Ein dm-Drogeriemarkt befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus, ein großer Spar-Supermarkt in fußläufiger Nähe. Das Auto konnten wir günstig (z.Z. 3 EUR pro Tag) auf einen P+R Parkplatz am Stadtrand, in Hütteldorf, abstellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Christiane aus Bayern

Moderne Wohnung in Super Lage

Von hier aus kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ideal erreichen. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und schön eingerichtet. Ideal sind Supermarkt , Bäcker, Cafes usw. direkt gegenüber oder um die Ecke. Das alte Haus hat einen gewissen Charme und wenn man den Aufstieg in den 3. Stock geschafft hat, wird man mit gutem Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon auf die lebhafte Straßenszenerie belohnt. Uns hat es gefallen.
