丁寧な連絡をいただき　初めは建物の外見があ廃屋のように見えましたが　部屋はリフォームしてあってとても清潔で　きれいで快適でした。交通の便も良く　西駅から９番の路面電車で２ブロックの場所に停留所があり　 周りにスーパーが何軒もあって　とても便利でした。建物の古さもウィ−ンにいるって感じがして　大変満足です。チェックインもチェックアウトも簡単でした。良い思い出をありがとうございました。

Zentral aber nicht bewohnbar

Zentrale Lage, jedoch nicht bewohnbar. Schimmel an der Wand, Heizungen funktionierten nicht. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Lattenrost des Bettes komplett kaputt. Wasser an der Heizung ausgelaufen. Wir sind keine Nacht geblieben und noch am selben Abend in ein Hotel für etwas mehr Geld gezogen. Wir hatten den Bewertungen nach echt etwas anderes erwartet.
