Amazing apartment for city holidays. Got everything we need including washing machine. Spotless clean and mostly new. Comfortable bed and linen. Few minutes walk to local supermarkets and subway station. Very good in communication and all information are on a page. Glad I booked this apartment and highly chance to stay again when we return Vienna.

Location and everything were great! We booked Residence Vienna several months in advance and only received instructions to upload our passports and register online at the very last minute. Unfortunately, there is no receptionist on site, which was not clear at the time of booking. When we arrived, we couldn’t get in until we managed to upload our passports using the Wi-Fi outside the building, which took almost half an hour. Very inconvenient after a long trip. Future guests should be aware that check-in requires a good internet connection and online registration before arrival in order to receive the access code.

Lovely apartment! Not very big but modern, well equipped and good air conditioning. Only 5 minutes walk to Shottenring Ubahn also, and the lovely Karmelitermarkt area. We used to live nearby, so it was like being home again!

Location was great and the apartment was very nice. The replacement of the wall air conditioning with a mobile unit in the lounge room was not ideal but it was mostly cool enough. Host was responsive in dealing with issues and you have the option to pay 20 euro for a 12pm late checkout which was convenient (subject to availability but it worked for us).
