Spacious cozy two-bedroom suite with garden on two floors with a private entrance directly from the private street. Located in a quiet part of Vienna.
The apartment has 90m2, is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is an entrance, hallway, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, living room with dining table, sofa, TV and entrance to the garden. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine, walk-in shower, toilet and double sink.
Access to the city center 25 minutes by bus 24A and underground U1, 15 minutes by car.
On the corner of the street there is a Billa supermarket, within 5 minutes other shops in the nearby Gewerbepark Stadlau.
