A good old hotel in the centre of everything on the high street. The double rooms were very spacious, except for the shower which was a bit small for the bigger people in the group, however the single room is very small and made me think that it was once a janitors closet that had been converted into a room. One main door with no where really to put your luggage and a shower screen drape as a door into the bathroom. The shower was good, good pressure however ever now and again the temperature would spike and nearly burn me, the main this was that the shower didn’t have a door or full screen (it has a quarter panel of glass) which caused all the splash water to go all over the floor and additionally all over the wall and windows. Aircon in the room was good, but it was fixed at 21 degrees. Breakfast is good with eggs cooked to order, free of charge, some small cakes, breads, cereals and cold meets and cheese. Laundry is offered at €10, and is done in house, drop off in the morning and it is ready by about 3pm. Overall a good stay, except when we arrived there was a gay pride march which meant our uber couldn't drop us at the hotel as the roads were blocked off. If the roads were nit closed then drop off is only a 50m walk to the hotel.

Our room was clean, and the linens were well maintained. However, the internet service did not work in our room throughout our stay. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk several times, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve it. The only alternative offered was to use the common area for internet access when it was open.
Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

Sehr typisch, herziges Zimmer, nichts extrawagantes. Würde sehr gerne Wien nochmals besuchen und sicherlich in den kleinen familiären Hotel schlafen

Room way too small - I'm guessing it was formerly a closet! And floor could have been cleaner.

Charming hotel in an amazing location. Seeing the Graben chandeliers was magical every single time. Just steps from the Hofburg Palace and so many sites!
Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien. Zentral.

It is located in the heart of Vienna. Very convinient location. The staffs are friendly and nice. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty. The facility is old, but nicely maintained. The unfortunate thing is, I heard clearly the noise from the bathroom of the next door - the person was gargling, sneezing, etc. very clear. Other than that, all great!
This was a tiny room in an historic pension. It’s old and kind of funky, but actually really nice. It is on one of the most expensive streets in Venice and very conveniently located. It’s a few minutes walk to the Stephensplatz metro stop, which connects directly to the train station. The breakfast buffet was very nice and was included with my booking, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful in providing late check-in for me with very specific instructions that were a breeze.
