The property was clean, reception friendly and speak English, the room was simple but comfortable, I felt very safe in the building as well late at night. There are many good restaurant near the dormitory.

It was just perfect for us to stay 2 nights in Vienna. It is very close to downtown and the price was just right. The staff is nice and helpful.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Gave us left over laundry pods to save us money we appreciated that so much. Good location as is right next to tram stop. Lovely garden. My only complaint is the lack of aircon - it was difficult to sleep in the depths of summer here.

Good for price.

The room was nice. Rather big actually. Sink in bedroom which was handy. Very few toilets per floor. They were okay but not the cleanest in the world. The showers weren’t very private. Just a curtain separating you from everything else. Strange smell in there too.

Poor quality

Appalling accommodation. No lifts and spiral staircases; not good if you have luggage. Shower had no hot water one day. Hotel does not accept credit cards. Receptionist on check in was unwelcoming.

Bildiğiniz öğrenci yurdu. Tuvalet, banyo, mutfak hepsi ortak. Havlu ve terliğinizi yanınınızda götürün. Asansör yok, mümkünse alt katlardan oda talep edin. Fiyat performans olarak uygun. Ulaşım kolay ve merkezi sayılabilecek bir noktada. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü.

Si dans l'annonce il est indiqué que le paiement d'avance n'est pas requis, il n'est pas indiqué que le paiement par carte est impossible. J'ai du retirer de l'argent au distributeur avec frais . les prestations ne correspondent pas à l'annonce en effet n'est pas fournie gratuitement. le prix du petit déj de 9 € est excessif compte tenu de la qualité. Il est impossible de le faire soit même en profitant de la cuisine de l'étage car l'électroménager n'était pas branché. a l'extérieur, j'ai trouvé des petits dej a des prix inférieurs à 7€ avec capuccino et croissant. Enfin il faut attendre parfois plus de 5 mn pour obtenir l'eau chaude

Enttäuschend.Aufenthalt in Wien beeinträchtig.

Zimmer in 4 Stock ohne Aufzug (84 Stufen). Etwas beschwerlich da ich 66 bin. Zuerst Zimmer ohne Waschbecken bekommen ( habe mit gebucht) auf Anfrage anderer Zimmer mit Waschbecken bekommen auch in 4 Stock.Es gab nie warmes Wasser in der Dusche die sich für Frauen im 3 Stockwerk befand nur am Waschbecken war das Wasser warm.Die Wände in Zimmer schmutzige mit Löcher und komplett abgewöhnt, Tisch, Schrank und Stuhl waren Sperrmüll. Der Stoff Bezug von Zimmer Lampe hätte Löcher. Waschbecken und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Insgesamt unangenehmer Geruch in Zimmer. Ich habe kein Luxus erwartet für den Preis aber ich war sehr enttäuscht von Zustand.

Gute Lage, mittelmäßiger Service, Miserables Essen

Der Standard lässt insgesamt etwas zu wünschen übrig: die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt (Sprung in der Fensterscheibe, Bett knarrte so laut, dass ich Sorge hatte, es bricht unter mit zusammen (junge, schlanke Frau), Fußleisten waren abgerissen...), allerdings alles sauber. Extrem hellhörig! Toiletten (unisex) gibt es auf dem Gang, Duschen auf jeder zweiten Etage, abwechselnd nach Geschlecht getrennt. Die Sauberkeit ist bei beidem okay, aber könnte besser sein. Das alles ist für den günstigen Preis noch völlig in Ordnung, die Lage ist wirklich super, Haltestellen direkt vor der Tür. Was nicht in Ordnung ist, ist das Frühstück: ich habe es vor Ort hinzugebucht, 8€ pro Tag. Was mir nicht gesagt wurde, ist, dass es Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr gibt - für jemanden, der um 8:45 Uhr Termine hat, ist das schwierig. An 2 von 3 Tagen hat das Personal es auch nicht geschafft, dass das Frühstück dann um 8 Uhr auch fertig war. "In 10 Minuten"... Das geht gar nicht. Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist Meilen entfernt von einer durchschnittlichen Jugendherberge. EINE billige Sorte Wurst, EINE billige Sorte Käse, beides auf einer Platte, EINE billige Sorte Aufbackbrötchen, EINE undefinierbare Sorte Marmelade, Butter/Margarine gemischt (macht es billiger), Honig, Cornflakes, Müsli, Joghurt und etwas, das Apfelsaft hätte sein können. Dazu ein kleines Angebot an Tee, aber keine Teetassen, Kaffee, der an 2 von 3 Tagen nur noch lauwarm war. Kein Obst. Für 8€ definitiv noch zu teuer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und eine tolle zentrale Lage. Preis Leistungsverhältnis einwandfrei. Leider sehr schlechtes WLAN und teilweise kaputtes Mobiliar. Sehr hellhörig. Für den unschlagbaren Preis und als reine Zweckübernachtung aber vollkommen angemessen.

Im Duschraum gibts mehrere Armaturen, aber nur bei einer ist ein Duschkopf montiert. Die Wartezeit aufs Duschen ist dadurch manchmal sehr lange. Wenn man mal 100€ investieren würde könnten wenigstens wieder ein paar mehr gleichzeitig duschen. Aber ansonsten ist das ein nettes Studentenheim.

Endroit tres bien placé, tres bel immeuble, mais il faudrait un bon ravalement dans les chambres. J ai ete obligé de mettre mon matelas au sol sinon impossible de dormir, le lit grince c est insupportable, ca doit etre général car durant mon sejour j ai eu 2 chambres avec lits jumeaux, et les 4 lits le faisaient. Que ce soit votre lit ou celui de l autre personne, pareil, affreux le bruit. Et pour finir, j ai loué la chambre avec salle de bain privée, elle se trouvait en bas de l immeuble à l extérieur et elle ne ferme pas à clé.

Gute ruhige Lage, Öffis sind gut erreichbar. Schullandheimflair anhand der Zimmerausstattung und den Duschen im Flur. Es hat uns trotzdem gut gefallen und v.a. der Preis pro Übernachtung war super.
