最寄駅からとても近く、移動しやすい立地で良かったです。 道路に面していますが部屋では静かに過ごせました。 キッチンの設備も一通りそろっていました。 テレビの映りが少し良くなかったですが、旅行中なので大きな問題ではなかったです。

Comprised bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. Very large and comfortable rooms, including the bathroom and very quiet despite being on first floor by busy road. Well located for the U-Bahn (2/3 minute walk) or 25 minute walk into town. As an apart/hotel there is no bar or restaurant so means eating out or buying in, but this was no problem. Well equipped gym plus a sauna (didn't use). The balcony shown in the pictures is not as scenic as the picture shows. Service is limited to changing towels and tidying every three days unless you pay extra. Overall a good place to stay, especially if you are there for any length of time (we were just three nights and this was fine as well).

La mejor elección para una estadía excelente.

Frente al metro. El personal excelente con muy buena predisposición. Las instalaciones impecables, la superficie del departamento enorme, placares comodisimos, caja de seguridad, dos televisores. Doble cortinados, silencioso y dos baños!!! Volvería a Viena porque la ciudad es hermosa, pero para alojarme nuevamente en este apart. Precio más que justificado y no más que en otras ciudades y hoteles más modestos. Felicitamos a sus directivos y personal.

Perfect!

If i go to vienna once more, i will have a night. I found a really good place. Very kind and very cozy, they also give us slippers. So comfotable for everything. Just cross the street, there’s a metro station. Everything was perfect!

The apartments are well equipped and with quality fittings, the only things that were a little out of order were the old standard def only lcd tv with very poor analog channels, and the WiFi that was patchy and slow at times. The location is great with U4 station right across the road that gets you everywhere in no time. The staff are very friendly and helpful The extra facilities like Gym with showers are excellent Overall a very good place to stay

We really liked the appartment. It was spacious and clean. Good location, just un front the subway. We Found a good restaurant not too far from the appartment, on perzellang street. We also went to a italian restaurant on servitengasse. There are about 3 supermarkets spar Near the appartment. Be careful, most of the restaurant and supermarket are Closed on sunday. We had a really nice stay and we would go back.
