Very well-situated. Had all the amenities. Has a washer and a kitchen. The owner was kind and the apartment was big. It was easy to communicate with the property via WhatsApp. It was right near the river with cafés and a market nearby. We could walk almost everywhere.

Worse customer service, DO NOT STAY

First, the description for the unit is very vague, at the time my baby was 9 month old so I was looking for an apartment with kitchen to cook for my child, the picture for the apartment shows the unit has kitchen but actually there is no kitchen. Apparently the owner devided a large unit to three small ones and just one of them has the kitchen. Ours was number 4, and didn’t have the kitchen. When I complained to the only contact email I got for the apartment, they said some where in description said only one unit has the kitchen, but I am pretty sure I had read the description many times and it didn’t say only one unit has the kitchen. So they are lying. Second, the power of the unit has serious of issue, we stayed there for three days and every single day we had power lost.In addition, The water heater works with power too so when there is no electricity there is no hot water as well. I had to call them every day to fix the issue. The worst case was our last day, we return to to unit around 10:00 pm to pack up for our next day flight, the weather was hot and we wanted to took a shower, as usual there was no power as well as hot water. We I call them some body pick up the phone and told us my boss is sleeping right now and we will take care of the matter tomorrow. Imagine how hard that could be to sleep with out shower we you sweat like a pig in the hot weather. No body pick up the phone or show up the next day and we left the unit with no cellphone charge and shower.

The apartment is in OK condition. But it smells very weird and the kettle in the kitchen is full of dirts inside, which makes it impossible to boil any drinking water. The shower head holder in the bathroom is also broken, which is very inconvenient.
