地點好，客服回覆快，屋內硬件設施略舊。

一定要有確實的到達時間，才不會造成你要等待很久的時間才能拿到房間的鎖匙。地點離中央車站10分鐘步程，配搭交通票去任何景點地方都很方便！附近有超市方便生活日常。 室內清潔做得很好！但室內硬件設施陳舊，廁所馬桶與洗澡房像回到80年代，水龍頭是舊式冷熱水分開打開控制出水。 建議可更換像淋浴間新式的一體化冷熱式水龍頭和現代的馬桶。 床是一個很大的問題對於我們說！過軟而且中間凹陷，建議管理層也試睡一下。一張舒服的床對住旅人是非常重要。 服務人員態度可親，就算是電郵回覆都非常快。如果能改善以上我所講的硬件問題這裡是一個很好的地方！

숙박후기에 너무 시끄럽다는 글을 보고, 내가 예민하지 않으니까 괜찮겠지 했는데 정말 너무시끄러웠다. 창문을 열어놓고 자는 기분..도로가 있는데 심각할정도로 시끄러움...6층인데도 이정도면...하루는 비 바람 치던 날이있었는데 창문이 날아갈 것 같았다. 정말 잘 수 없을 절도로 시끄러우므로 비추천..가스렌지사용하려해도 라이터도없음..

Very noisy surroundings

Very noisy, without AC,so during the day time it was very hot, an isolated place very far from city center.The traffic was so intense that I couldn't sleep at nights.

good 5-6 days stay

good for short stay. Lack of basic amenities (no bath soap etc) that supposed to be provided. no room cleaning during my stay but expensive cleaning charge was imposed. generally, satisfied with the room & kitchen equipment. apt located near to wien haupbanhof but quite far from city centre.

Hotel was very good, but I couldn't understand why we have to pay "cleaning charge" without room cleaning for three days staying.

Such a disappointment

Upon entering the room it looked upgraded and still new. However it was not cleaned fully. There was so much dust under the bed and in corners I took out the vacuum right away and went around the whole place. There were crumbs left under the table and by the bedside which had a trail of ants leading to it. The noise from the main road right outside was constant and so loud we both didn't sleep. Our last morning we were woken up at 4am by some kind of machine making loud bang noise and then a sound like a release of pressure or steam. We thought it was from what looked like some kind of construction or factory also across the Main Street but we were not sure. This noise continued for a half hour and then just stopped. No AC which made the noise worse with sleeping with the windows open, though having them closed didn't make any difference. The stove was an oldie where you've got to get the gas going and keep clicking the button in till it catches (much like a BBQ). The internet was good we never had a problem. There was a pricy grocery store close by but it had everything. The gentleman we met for the keys was very nice and spoke English well.

ゆったりと中長期滞在したい家族向けのアパートメント

立地のよさ、インテリアの雰囲気、自炊するに必要な設備など、基本的には満足のアパートメントでした。 窓もトリプルガラスなので、周辺は幹線道路もあり、少し騒がしいですが、締めれば非常に静かでした。 リビングの内装は綺麗ですが、アパート自体は古いので、シャワーの勢いが弱いなどはあります。

bonito, pero ...

El apartamento es muy bonito, pero: - el grifo del baño no esta conectado a la tubería debajo, así que todo va para el suelo. - no hay suficiente agua caliente para ducharse ni para hacer los platos (para 1 ducha rapida sí, pero no más, y parando el agua entre jabón y aclarar). - la calefacción es un pequeño radiador electrico que tarda 24h en calentar el piso. - la cama es el sofa... no es lo mejor, pero es acceptable. La cocina viene equipada con lo basico, tiene nevera, microondas, y cocina con gas. No han dejado ni una pincha de sal, pero esta todo limpio y con espacio. El metro queda a 10-15 mins caminando. Hay un par de supermercados muy cerca: uno delante del metro, y otro, cerca del apartamento, en la otra dirección a 2 manzanas.
