WARNING- this property advertises 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, washing machine, smart tv and WiFi. NONE of that is true. Check-in was smooth, but upon arrival, I spent 3 hrs on WhatsApp with a 3rd party manager who clearly had no knowledge of the property and kept requesting that I sent videos of everything.There was no WiFi I could connect to. Eventually (after 2 hrs) they found me one network that reached the apartment…however it kicked me off immediately & repeatedly because there were too many people connected.The smart tv did not work. We connected it to our own WiFi hotspot and it was too old to use any standard apps (Prime, Netflix, etc) it simply said it couldn’t be updated to use them.The air conditioner was clearly undersized for the apartment. We ran it all night and it was hotter in the apartment than it was outside.We slept in the living room, which was supposedly bedroom #2? There was only 1 separate bedroom. The only other bed was in the room that they designated as a ‘living room’ on the app.Finally, we looked for a washer and couldn’t find one. Not in the room, not on our floor, not in the building. Our first contact via VRBO chat, the home manager indicated that this was an incorrect posting & there was none. Finally, the WhatsApp property manager directed us to go to a different building to use their washing machine. But there is most certainly not one at this property. It would even be incorrect to label it as “on site” laundry.DO NOT STAY!!
