3.5 Perfectly OK place to stay in central Vienna, Basic and not too expensive. The staff however are excellent. Very helpful and kind. Would stay again but it is a bit no frills. I liked it and convenient to Museum Quartier. The street has lots of nice little shops and good restaurants. Also the hotel has a Spar grocery store on the ground floor that does good sandwiches and prepared meals.

Was great place to stay, nice location and very near from the underground Kettenbrückengasse station, Nachsmarkt and downtown, also the breakfast was good enough to begin the day. The only thing to get 100% are the mattress, I know guys you can make then metter.

The breakfast was plentiful and included in the price, great value for money so close to the centre of Vienna. Convenient location, with a metro station nearby, and a short walk to Museum Quarter and the city centre. Room was big, warm and comfortable - the shower on the small side, but everything clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection each morning and long opening hours, so rarely very busy. You can hear noise outside your room in the corridors (doors banging), but only a minor issue. Staff were very helpful throughout, and there is a luggage room to leave bags upon checkout. As a good budget option I'd certainly stay here again.

Place has the bus stop57A right in front and the train a 5 min walk , room was big, breakfast great. Staff was nice and helpful special shout out to Marcelo who gave us some great pointers on where to eat and what to do. we ate at the three Chinese restaurants within walking distance less than five minutes all excellent.

Very clean room. Very clean facility. The staff was very nice. The amenities almost non-existent. Easy to get around town via Uber. The location is great because it's right next to the Nasch market. Also quite near all of the museums.
