Great location with perfect walking distance to grocery shops, great coffee shops and restaurants. We walked to the city centre which was super easy. Staff is very well trained and friendly. Advise this place.

Great location in safe neighborhood of Vienna. Close to street car and underground metro options. Clean bathroom and bed, quite at night. Great walkability to all the sights around the city. Great value for the price.

It was very hot and though a fan was given but could not aleep. The curtains didnot cover thw windows . Would not recommend in summer. Floor laminate was falling apart .beds were reasonable

This was a convenient place to stay. Close to central Vienna. Underground metro and street trains are easily managed. Great restaurants in the area. It on a busy street with a lot of street noise at times.

The room was basic without anything extra. I got new towels every day. Unfortunately, all the sounds from the neighboring rooms and the corridor could be heard very clearly in the room. A small thing, but on a rainy day you couldn't borrow an umbrella from the hotel.

Terrible Choice in Vienna

You simply won't find a worse hotel in the centre of Europe. Don't make the mistake of staying here. It's old and uncomfortable, and the photos are misleading. The rooms are decorated in the 1980s and the rooms have a terrible bleach smell. The beds are the worst I have ever seen. You would be more comfortable if you slept on a stone instead of the pillows.The blankets are very small and uncomfortable.There is no air conditioning, kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the rooms.The headboard of the bed is designed in a ridiculous way, you cannot lean your back.Every day I stayed here, I woke up in the morning with back, neck and headache. My entire vacation was ruined because I couldn't rest well.Don't make the same mistake I did. Instead of paying over 200 euros for this hotel, find a nice Airbnb near the city centre. You will be absolutely disappointed.

First of all, I and my wife checked in after 15:00 o'clock and We have been given our key card, we came to our room but room was not ready yet. Housekeeper was still hoovering the room and we had to wait outside. Secondly, the Room curtain corners were coming off from the hanger and early in the morning there's light inside the room! Lastly, internet was very slow and kept disconnecting and sometimes internet is unavailable. We informed the issue at reception but no result. Housekeeping service was done everyday, room was cleaned properly and nicely, bed was comfortable, heating system was very good. In my opinion location is perfect for travelling all around the city and specially for Muslim travellers like us as lots of Halal restaurants and takeaway's are within 5 minutes of walking distance. As a 3 star Hotel they should have at least a kettle and tea or coffe in the room. We missed tea or coffee during our 4 nights of stay.

La douche ne marchait pas dès la première journée mais une fois avisé, le lendemain c’était arrangé. La dernière nuit, un boiling du lit s’est dévissé et mon conjoin est tombé par terre et a dû dormir sur le matelas parterre. Nous avons avisé le lendemain matin. Je suis confiante qu’il vont l’arranger.

午前中にフロントでスーツケースを預けてお出かけ。 帰り電車の大幅な遅延でホテル到着が23時過ぎだったのですが、フロントが閉まっておりスーツケースを取り出すことができませんでした。 時間外チェックインでルームキーのみセルフで受け取れたので、部屋に入ることはできました。 部屋で仮眠して、翌朝フロントまでスーツケースを取りに行くことになったので、チェックイン時間については要注意です。 宿泊した部屋は老朽化が目立ち、特にトイレやシャワーブースなど水回りの改善が必要かもしれません。 ただ、一泊や仮眠する程度なら我慢できる範囲です。 スタッフさんは親切で、朝食は美味しかったです。 ウィーン西駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスは便利ですし、周辺ホテルの相場よりもコスパはいいので、値段相応だと思います。 ウィーン西駅から空港まで直行のバスが運行されているので利用しました。

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and the breakfast room staff were very nice as well. Good location and the room was clean, it had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers!
