The hotel staff were the most friendly and helpful staff we encountered on our multi-country trip. The hotel breakfast was ample and well worth the price. Room was clean and quiet, which actually surprised me given the tram runs in front of the hotel. Convenient to the main transportation lines in Vienna.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also good. Parking in the parkhouse right next to the hotel for a daily rate of 19€ was very convenient. The room was clean but the furniture was very run-dun and decrepit. The bathroom seemed to be the only thing that was renovated lately. For 1 night okay but overall overprized for the conditon of the room.

Very rude staff member at check-in. The dark haired lady did not want to locate our reservations in her system. 2 rooms under my name and 1 under my wife's name (same surname) for our group of 15. Suggested I call Expedia to sort out after telling me they have different room configuration than I had booked. Once located the confirmation then checked in however 1 room had a broken bathroom sink causing water to flood there bathroom and into the bedroom. The staff said no one was available to look at or fix it. No other accommodations were available and no other options were given. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty.

Good place to stay a day or two. Near to the centre and good transport options. Predrag was very helpful. We needed a kettle and iron and he arranged so quick. Will stay there again. Breakfast hot food option is only scrambled egg but has various other cold options.

“I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the room I was given on the 6th floor on the first day was an absolute disaster. It was so shockingly poorly maintained that I couldn’t believe the hotel considered it acceptable for guests. Thankfully, I demanded a room change the next day, and while the 5th-floor room was at least tolerable, it still didn’t make up for the awful experience of the first night. However, the male staff member who assisted me was exceptionally kind and professional, which helped ease some of the frustration I had with the overall situation.”
