Fantastic location - in the heart of Vienna, near Belvedere. Easy accessible from the airport by train (S7) or the central train station. The property is outdated and needs remodeling. The front desk was very friendly. Still good option for solo travelers.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit and options available. Check in was smooth and luggage storage available. Easy tram ride.or walk from main central train station.

The breakfast is quite good and has many different foods, from cakes to omelettes. Unfortunately the room I was staying in was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom was really small. It's not that big of a deal, because of the prize I paid and I was in my room only when I slept since I was always walking around Vienna. The staff is super nice.

It was a reasonably nice hotel for me to stay one night for flight transit. The double-bed room we stayed was large enough for two people, nothing was broken. A tram station is also conveniently nearby. It was a bit sad that the staff didn't show up for long with no description left on the front desk when checking-in and that the shower temperature was difficult to adjust and so unstable that I thought nerely to get a cold or burned on skin.

Good solid choice for a hotel. The rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable. The lifts were prompt. The hotel is handily located near Schloss Belvedere, one of the city's main attractions and the train {s} from the airport stop 5 minutes away at Rennweg station. My only complaint is that the room was very warm but a fan had been provided. Really cannot fault the hotel or it's staff.

"The accommodation is clean, the staff are friendly, transportation is convenient, the breakfast is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The luggage storage service is very helpful for travelers. It is very close to the airport. I highly recommend this place. I stay here every time I visit Vienna."

Excellent service throughout and very comfortable pillows! I worked very late hours into the night and was very happy to be able to buy tea, coffee and croissants from the front desk even at very very late hours. Great service and wonderful overall experience!

This hotel is well positioned near subway and S7 train, several main attractions are within walking distance. Room was not sparkling but after complaining staff cleaned bathroom. I have to mention bed was comfortable. Overall this is 3 stars hotel.

- Location was nice, close to Rennweg Bahnstation so quite central and easy to get to places. - There was plenty of storage in the room and I can imagine it's a good place to stay in the winter. - I enjoyed the mattress but I can imagine someone who is more towards the larger side might not as it was quite thin. - The window in my room was not possible to close/lock and it took me complaining twice to get someone to fix it. - When searching hotels.com i filtered for hotels with aircon which obviously wasn't the case. Not noticing it was wrong is on me, but it still shouldn't happen. - I ordered breakfast but didn't show up on the printed list. I still got breakfast but they needed to look me up on the computer every morning. - Something (the hand sanitizer maybe?) in the hallway smelled very strongly, which combined with a rather oppressive heat was almost nauseating.
