Great Stay

Great Location. Easy to walk to most attractions (Museums, Shopping, Dining etc) and close to the subway when needed. Very good breakfast with lots of variety. Only minor issue was the shower was quite small but overall bathroom was very good.

Easy to access by metro and close enough to attractions to walk to. The room is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people for a few nights. I really appreciated the coffee maker and the fridge in the room. The breakfast that was included was really good.

The staff was very kind and caring. The lobby and room were spacious and clean. The area is perfect, quite, close to the center and metro station. The breakfast is very good. The only disadvantages we encountered were the lack of small fridge and tea pot.

Great location

Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings.

Great value for money

This hotel was lovely - friendly check in, good size comfortable room, good location, and the main thing I noticed was that the bathroom was SO CLEAN! It was literally sparkling. Good choice at breakfast. Really good value for money given the location, cleanliness and good breakfast provided. It was a little bit noisy outside as my room was by the main road, so if this is an issue for you maybe consider requesting a room which isn’t by the main road, however it was fine for me

This hotel is adequate, but I would not stay here again. The staff cleaning my room forgot to give me towels on my second day. First time that’s happened to me. The breakfast was nothing special. I had to wait till my third breakfast before I saw a croissant. The coffee machine needed a lot of maintenance resulting in people having to wait quite a while to get some coffee.

The hotel was a good choice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The rooms were big and spacious with tall room heights. The beds were comfortable. A few extra pillows would have been appreciated. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed sheets changed every other day. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. So good! The hotel is located next to Naschmarkt and is right next to Karlplatz -metro tunnel. We used those tunnels to get everywhere around the town both by walking and by public transport. Super easy! You really couldn´t hear the traffic that well inside the hotel. The hotel was well soundproofed. The metro was only heard in the room as a soft hum when it went pass.

Gutes zentrales Stadthotel

Wir nutzten das Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Wien. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich Vor- und Nachteile. Sehr positiv ist, dass man hier schnell fußläufig am Ring und damit in der Innenstadt ist. Nachteil: die Umgebungsgeräusche. Das Hotel selbst (wir hatten ein Zimmer der Kategorie Superior) war für einen Städtetrip völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war nicht zu groß, aber wir wollten ja auch nicht im Hotel sitzen, sondern die Stadt sehen. Eine zweite Sitzmöglichkeit (von der Bettkante abgesehen) wäre in einem Doppelzimmer allerdings dennoch angebracht. Das Frühstück war gut. Bei einem erneuten Wien-Trip werde ich wohl wieder hier absteigen.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Tips für Restaurants gegeben) das Zimmer war ruhig, das Morgenessen war super, es hatte von allem was dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht direkt im Zentrum (ca.15-20min), aber zu Fuss ist man schnell irgendwo oder dann mit der U-Bahn. Würden wieder kommen. Der Naschmarkt war direkt gegenüber. Die U-Bahn Station war ca 6min entfernt zu Fuss. Ein sehr gutes Netz, sehr einfach und verständlich. Der 3 Tagespass für die ÖV, ist sehr empfelenswert! So kann man alles nutzen (Bus, Zug, U-Bahn ect.). Vom Flughafen gibt es einen direkten Zug in die Stadt (16min no Stop) hammer! Und von dort aus die U-Bahn, je nach dem vo hin man will.
