Das Parken in der Unterkunft war nicht kostenfrei, wie von euch beschrieben! Der Preis für das Frühstück überstimmte ebenso nicht mit dem Preis des Hotels! Am meisten hat mich geärgert, dass das Hotel seit langer Zeit Plaza Hotel heißt und nicht mehr Garden Inn! Das hat beim ankommen für Verwirrung gesorgt! Ich verlange von euch einen Gutschein oder Ähnliches für all diese Fehlinformationen!

Søk på Plaza Premium hotell, for det heter det nå!

Bortsett fra at hotellet byttet navn til Plaza Premium for mange år siden og parkering slett ikke er inkludert, men koster 20 Euro i døgnet (noe som selvfølgelig ikke kan lastes hotellet, men skyldes Hotels.com sin manglende oppdatering av egne nettsider) var det ingenting å utsette på hotellet. Personen i resepsjonen var hyggelige og hjelpsom. Lokalene var lekre, rommet var stort, det var rent og pent og sengene var gode, men kanske litt i hardeste laget for undertegnede. Vi hadde ikke frokost inkludert så det kan jeg ikke uttale meg om. Hotellet ligger relativt usentralt, og så vidt vi la merke til, kun busser som nærmeste transportmiddel. Undergrunnen var en halvtimes gåtur unna. Vi valgte hotellet fordi det var rimelige overnattingspriser og fordi vi trodde parkering var inkludert. Siden vi kom med bil og hadde med sykler, passet det oss ypperlig at det ikke lå i sentrum. Skulle vi ankomme Wien igjen, med sykler, ser jeg ikke bort i fra at vi hadde valgt dette hotellet igjen.

Clean and very nice hotel in a quiet area. Very helpfull and friendly staff. It makes it personal when they know your name after the second visit at the receptiondesk! Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. A pity it closes already at 9... Easy to go to Vienna centre by public transport (takes about 25 min.).

I was a Hilton Honours club member until this trip. I made a genuine mistake and booked into Hilton Garden Inn south instead of Hilton Garden Inn Neuerstadt. I just wanted Hilton to swap the booking between hotels. They said no and charged for both hotels as my meeting was at the other hotel. Hilton have fixed policy despite being the Sam chain in same town and having availability No way will I or anyone I can influence will stay in a Hilton hotel again.

The problem was at checkin. The bill was supposed to be paid via expedia. However we were not charged on booking, rather we were informed of the different price at arrival, about 25% higher. When pointing out that the bill is supposed to be 200 USD rather than 236 Euro, the attendant was rudely pointing out we are in Europe, and Euro is official currency, not wishing to discuss issue or look at Expedia data. Well outrageous exchange rate do exist, not a problem. The problem was in his attitude and tone. At checkout we did not get an invoice, claiming we have Expedia invoice.

Wir hatten einen Tisch fuer eine Geb.feier reserviert. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand etwas davon, aussedem sei das Restaurant reserviert fuer eine geschlossenen Veranstaltung. :-( . Letztendlich bekamen wir doch noch unseren Tisch. Wir haetten uns eine Entschuldigung vom Mangement gewuenscht. Der Gastgeber der gechlossenen Gesellschaft kam mehrmals um sich zu erkundigen, ob wir soweit 'OK" waeren. :-). Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit am Empfang koennte etwas Zuschuss gebrauchen.
