Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

TERRIBLE STAY. the location is the only good thing about this place. The apartment is very old and there is no elevator, we had to go up three flights of stairs with our extremely heavy luggage. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there are weird stains everywhere, one of the windows was smashed, no wifi even though the listing said there would be, and even though they were responsive, the only thing they were able to offer us as a form of compensation was a slightly late check out time, which wasn’t applicable to us anyways since we had a bus to catch. never coming back here again
