Even though apartment feels like it's a bit away from city center, it's the perfect "home away from home"! Wien has very good public transportation, so don't hesitate to book here!

Die unterkunft hatte eine gute lage, die ausstattung war für einen aufenthalt mit drei kindern passend. Leider hatte ich binnen 5 minuten am freitag abend bereits einen strafzettel am auto. Da werdens schnell die österreicher:(

Piso precioso

El piso es muy bonito. Los chicos son muy antentos al confort de sus huéspedes. El salón habitación está muy bien decorado. Hay una terraza pero con el frío que hacía no pudimos aprovecharla. Sería ideal volver en primavera verano. La cama es muy confortable. La cocina está muy completa no le falta de nada. Hay varias líneas de tranvía y de metro muy cerca. Altamente recomendado.

Very clear welcome instruction guide including how to access apartment, good nearby places to eat etc. Building looks old inside but apartment itself is cozy n quiet. As a lady traveller, best to arrive day time as can be pretty intimidating at night. There is a short walk from main door hallway to room, there is NO light n was pitched dark at night which is scary. Get your hp torch light ready. Not used to the door lock, kept fumbling and took me a while to be confident that I did lock it correctly once inside apartment as well. Garden yard is accessible via a common area. I can hear ppl throwing rubbish though i did not see a single soul. Night time have to lock the garden yard door as dont feel safe so apartment only has a small window opening throughout the night. And cant control aircon temperature in room at all. Felt so warm and uncomfy upon arrival. I think i will hv prob sleeping if hot summer days. Distance from apartment to U stations about 10 mins walk n not as near as I thought it would be. Took me a while to figure out the route also.

Not happy in Vienna

The location was a bit off the beat and path of Vienna. The directions to the apartment were difficult to follow. They stated Subway Line U1 to Schwedenplate but not knowing which direction made this very difficult to navigate. Same with the trolley,state trolley 2 to Am Tabor but not which direction. Being first time to Vienna directions needed to be more explicit, The apartment building is old and non appealing as I thought it was a warehouse not an apartment building. The room was fine, but small and as it was 94 degrees with no air conditioning there could at least have been a fan to get the air moving. I would not stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

This is an excellent apartment in a quiet location. There are few eating places and supermarket close to the property. It has good connection to city centre. Severin Hoefinger gave us update and information through emails. There were some building work on the outside which started early in the morning. I would like to add that they were stopped when I asked these to be done later in the day.

Marcus went out of his way to make our stay pleasant! Not only did he give us recommendations on where to eat, he even got us a xmas tree which was nicely decorated and helped me prepare my friend’s Xmas present! Aside from this, the apartment was wonderful, cosy and easily accessible by public transport! Cannot recommend it enough!

Modern and clean apartment with helpful hosts

I can recommend this accommodation. Was in Vienna for a business trip and stayed 2 nights. Owners of the apartment was exceptionally and proactively helpful before, during and after the trip with recommendations and making sure the very convenient self check-in worked etc. The apartment lived up to my expectations and was modern and clean. High ceiling and a nice private porch just outside. Locations is OK with ~25 min walking distance to old town and near public transportation, but the area just around the apartment didn't seem to have too much to offer (didn't spend much time exploring it though).

Cosy Apartment Stay

This apartment is equipped with everything like a kitchen, washing machine and your own private courtyard. I loved my stay in Vienna because of this. It is comfortable and Markus the host is very accommodating with great suggestions about Vienna. Look forward to coming back and will definitely stay here again.

2번 tram 역에서 가까운 매우 좋고 깨끗한 시설의 아파트. 부엌도 좋음. 커피기계 작동을 못해서 연락을 했더니 주인이 바로 와서 해결해주었음. 마당에 탁자와 의자가 있어 맥주 한 잔 하기에 좋았음. 슈퍼마켓도 tram 역 바로 옆에 있음.

Nice and clean

Was a nice stay. Good service and follow up from owner. Good quality of the apartment. The area felt a little empty, but was 20min walk downtown or 3min with public transport.

The apartment was wonderful and had all the amenities you need. I was there for travel and it was close to transit and my meetings. I also recommend it to visitors to Vienna. Close to everything and a comfortable to go back to after a long day of touring.

Lovely place to stay in Wien

It was my best choice to book this place. All facilities and applicances are clean and good in condition. The lights of this apt is good and interior is cool!! I am really thankful to the host that he prepared helpful info. As time passed, I thought i would have booked more nights in this place. I choosed this place based on reviews from people. They were right!! If I go to Wien again, I will book this place without doubt!

정말 최고의 숙소였습니다~ 트램정류장이 바로 앞에 있고 마트도 바로 앞에 있어서 편리했습니다~겨울인데 바닥 난방도 되어서 따뜻하게 지냈구요~빈에 다시 온다면 이 곳에서 한달정도 머물고 싶습니다^^

Hübsches Appartment mit guter Anbindung

Hallo, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Appartment mit Terasse (Raucher) Alles da was man zu zweit für 1 Woche benötigt und sogar mehr. netter Kontakt der sich kümmert. Besser geht es glaube ich nicht.

Boutique Garden Apartment is fabulous

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day Christmas stay here. The owner Markus has thought of everything to make your experience unforgettable. From the welcome emails and information kit and easy secure access instructions through to the well appointed kitchen and laundy and lounge and bedroom furnishings, transport timetables, restaurant, concert & sight seeing tips. And there's a huge court yard and bicycles and WiFi and books and games. He even gave us a Christmas tree which we decorated while cooking a sumptuous Christmas lunch This place is just great and there's a tram stop 2 minutes away that will connect you with any tram or train stop you want and even get you to the airport
