Very handy place to stay for the airport.

Location was great to go to old town Vienna . Just a 10 minute tram ride . Room was comfortable and staff very welcoming and responsive .

Very clean hotel, great staff and good breakfast. It is outside the inner city but quiet and only two walking minutes away from a tram. A 20 min ride on the tram and you find yourself in front of the opera house - as central as it gets.

Everything regarding the hotel was excellent! I would stay again :) At first I was concerned that it's a bit far from the city center, but it wasn't bad at all. A tram station is within 3 minutes of walk. However, the surrounding area feels a bit isolated and there isn't a nearby supermarket so it can be a bit inconvinient.

We arrived late but check in was nice and quick, we had room 303 and it was really nice, especially after a long tiring journey. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was an excellent size. The shower had good pressure and no temperature issues. The beds (2 singles pushed together) were really comfy and we looked forward to going to bed each night. The room was cleaned whilst we were out which we didn’t need and forgot to put something on the door but it was nice to have new towels and a fresh bed. Everything worked fine. Didn’t use the tv or kettle but hairdryer was decent and powerful with being too loud and there were some nice toiletries available. Really happy with this hotel and will consider any of their hotels for future stays again. Budget luxury

Excellent stay with 1 minor glitch

Clean, modern hotel. Not too far from tram or bus stop. Metro is a 12 min walk though. Google maps from the city to hotel shows St Marx on 71 tram as the stop. But if you go to next stop (Litfasstrasse) your walk time to hotel is cut to half. Now the glitch part. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Except once when my kid asked for a tea bag to replenish the coffee/tea in the room, she was told by the front desk lady no tea bags to replenish. Even though we stayed for 7 days. 1 extra tea bag would not hurt the hotel for the long stay guests. But after i asked the gentleman in front desk the next day, he had no issue with my request. May be it’s a teaching moment to the girl in front desk-you can’t say no to a simple tea bag request. It hurts the reputation of the business. And reputation is a big deal in hospitality industry.

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo questo hotel. La struttura è molto nuova, le camere sono eccellenti e spaziose, il bagno è ottimo, e la colazione era sufficiente, tipo buffet, e buona. Un po' difficile raggiungere i mezzi pubblici, ma fortunatamente avevo la macchina e sono riuscito a spostarmi con essa. La posizione dell'hotel rende un po' complicato arrivare in centro con i mezzi pubblici.
