Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. It is ideal for couples, business travellers, families (with children), and solo travellers.

Our holiday apartments are in a great location with a cosy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transport—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street and offers 70 m² of space for four people. The living area features hardwood floors, while the bathroom has tile flooring. The 4 m² entryway includes a coat rack with a mirror and storage space. The 27 m² living room with an integrated kitchen features a seating area with a table and four armchairs, a TV, and a cosy reading nook with an armchair. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, capsule coffee maker, range hood, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The 8 m² bathroom features a shower and two sinks, a hair dryer, and bath and hand towels. The separate toilet is approximately 3 m² in size. The apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom is about 15 m² and features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom, measuring 12 m², has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, and storage space.

Parking:
Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During the designated time periods, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside the time-limited short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building. There are also Park & Ride facilities nearby that can be used for longer parking periods. A convenient and affordable option is the U4-Center - Vienna | APCOA car park.
