With a spacious garden, a beautiful terrace and wonderful surroundings, this quietly located house is ideal for holidays with family and/or friends. Enjoy the cosy fireplace and the many facilities (for children too)!

The house is 100 m away from the forest, where you can make beautiful walks. The lake is 1 km away and is ideal for an outing with the children. The restaurants, public transport and the centre are at 1 km and the station of Vielsalm is at 25 minutes walking distance. Canyoning at Coo Adventure is also worthwhile!

Around the house is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. On cold winter days you can light the large fireplace and for the children there is a trampoline, a swing, a climbing frame and of course the forest. Behind the house is a meadow, which really gives you the feeling that you are in the countryside. You are kindly requested to respect the beautifully laid out garden. There are 4 parking spaces to the left of the house.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Second time I was here with friends. The house is very nice, the kitchen very compleet, and you can make amazing walks in the direct surroundings.

Wir waren mit 8 Frauen im Februar in diesem Ferienhaus. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserer Kontaktperson sehr freundlich empfangen, allerdings waren die Rollläden des Hauses noch geschlossen und das Haus war völlig unbeheizt. Beim Betreten der (zu) kleinen Küche wurden wir sofort mit sehr alten und schmutzigen Spülbecken konfrontiert. In der Toilette fehlte die erste Rolle Toilettenpapier, welche man normalerweise in jedem Ferienhaus vorfindet. Der vorhandene Mixer war defekt. Beim Bettenmachen (selbst!) stellte sich heraus, dass nicht genügend Winterbettdecken für 8 Personen vorhanden waren. Am zweiten Abend unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir plötzlich mit einem fürchterlichen Heizölgeruch im Wohnzimmer konfrontiert. Wir haben versucht, die Kontaktperson zu erreichen, aber in der Hausordnung waren eine falsche Kontaktperson und Telefonnummer angegeben. Als wir endlich den richtigen Ansprechpartner erreichen konnten, kam dieser sofort vorbei und überprüfte die Heizungsanlage. Als dort alles normal erschien, nahm sie Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer auf. Er sprach von einem normalen Phänomen, das gelegentlich auftrete und riet uns, alle Türen eine Zeit lang zu öffnen, um den unangenehmen Geruch loszuwerden. Der Aufforderung unserer Kontaktperson, uns ein kostenloses Holzpaket zum Wiederaufwärmen zu überlassen, lehnte er jedoch ab. Eine WLAN-Verbindung ist in diesem Haus nicht möglich. Feuermelder fehlen. Wir mieten seit Jahren über Belvilla, aber dieses Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Lage. Aber Vorsicht: Die Gastgeberin kommt zu spät und wir vermissen uns. Sie lädt dann 11x 7,75 (!) zu viel Holz auf. Bei der Anforderung eines Nachweises mittels Foto ist eine Kommunikation nicht mehr möglich!

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Landhaus, das die Vergangenheit atmet, sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Wir haben den großen Garten und die Terrasse genossen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Alles is aanwezig. Wij hebben vooral genoten van de grote tuin met al zijn bewoners. Deze plek is zeker de moeite waard om nog eens naar terug te keren. Groet van Fam.van Boerdonk

Prachtig huis op een prachtig landgoed. Veel ruimer als op de foto's. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Enige wat jammer was dat de eigenaresse geen Engels of Nederlands sprak (alleen Frans). Dit maakte het inchecken nogal onhandig.

Opnieuw een uitermate fijne week verbleven in dit ruime vakantie huis. Geen op of aanmerkingen of het moet zijn dat de houtleverancier geen haardhout had afgeleverd. Hetgeen door de nieuwe beheerder naar volle tevredenheid is opgelost. De nieuwe beheerder is net als de vorige een uitermate prettige persoon en handelt zeer adequaat. In tegenstelling tot de weersverwachtingen een hele week warm, zonnig en vrijwel droog. Afgelopen week was het erg rustig in achterliggende uitgestrekte bossen. Voldoende gelegenheid tot uitgebreide mountainbike en wandeltochten. Tot volgend jaar.

Accomodatie is weer prima in orde. Het weer is vele malen beter dan verwacht. Warm en zonnige i.p.v. regenachtig. Jammer genoeg is dit 2e jaar dat de haardhoutvoorraad niet tijdig is aangevuld. Gelukkig heeft beheerder noodvoorziening getroffen.

Op het moment dat we aankwamen was de vakantie begonnen, wat een magische plek en wat een prachtige tuin. Het huis heeft enorm veel sfeer en ruimte en was perfect schoon. Van binnen is het wel wat ouder, maar alles functioneert en is praktisch. De kasten met boeken en speelgoed is enorm gewaardeerd door de kinderen, dit in combinatie met de tuin was in een woord fantastisch. Het plaatsje Vielsalm (en omgeving) heeft genoeg te bieden voor jong en oud. We kunnen dit huis dan ook aanbevelen en zijn zelf ook voornemens hier nog eens terug te keren.

Een gezellig ruim vakantiehuis in een mooie omgeving. Het dorp Vielsalm ligt op loopafstand. Door de enorm grote tuin rondom zit je heerlijk vrij. Het is er heerlijk zonnen, barbecuen, badmintonnen etcetera.

Prachtig gelegen huis met heerlijk uitzicht. Je loopt vanuit het huis de natuur in. Ruime huiskamer en volledige keuken. Ondanks vlakbij een vakantiepark gelegen alle rust door het grote terrein rond het huis. Twee badkamers een op de begane grond bij een slaapkamer. Vielsalm met winkels is op een steenworp afstand.

Nous navons pas où entrer, personne ne nous attendait à l'accueil. Cela fait 10 jours que nous n'arrivons pas à vous joindre. Vous nous avez demandé un supplément sans raison. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig maar na een telefoontje was dit snel opgelost. De grote tuin is prachtig, heerlijk om met deze tropische temperaturen te verblijven. Het huis is authentiek en ruim. Naar onze smaak iets te donker qua inrichting, maar wel lekker koel binnen en schoon. De omgeving is heel mooi en genoeg te zien.
