This was a good place to stop off for a good nights sleep. It was very quiet and the room was good although it could have used some updating. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly The motel was a little dated but for the price well worth it

It is what it is. Dated a bit but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower. If you are used to 5 star hotels, don't go there but if you want a decent overnight room on a budget, then it's good.

Carpet had several stains on it. There scratches on the edges of all the furniture. The lamp when left There was no working fan the bathroom, no microwave in the room only a shared down the steep stairs. The breakfast consisted of bread, peanut, cream cheese jam, one type of stale muffins, bad tasting coffee juice boxes either apple grape or tomato juice. On positive the beds were clean and the bathroom and surfaces were clean. It smelled clean. The hotel was quiet.

The room was clean but the bathroom fixtures were falling apart. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Breakfast was non existent. The staff is very friendly though. My son found the gentleman running the night desk very entertaining to talk to and now feels Victoriaville is a friendly place to visit. Good work!

The hotel was ok but endemic of the Wyndham brand which is in need of updating. The breakfast room was upstairs so difficult for those with accessibility issues. The breakfast room was bright, serving a European style breakfast , nice croissants

Place needs an update for sure. Didn’t even think the place was opened it looked so rough. Staff were perfect when I checked in, they were very nice and quick to get me my room. Room was very dirty. Sheets were stained, found bugs on the bed (not bed bugs) ,floor was filthy. Bed was very uncomfortable and the ac was quite loud. Basic continental breakfast.

I'm not sure how helpful this feedback would be. All I need is a clean and quiet place to spend the night. This facility provided it for a decent price. If one wants more, they should go to Chateau Frontenac and pay $700 a night.

The rooms were clean but old. We were on the second floor which was extremely hot. The room was like a sauna as the ac was off when we entered. It took several hours to cool down. We chose the hotel, partly for their included breakfast but come morning, there was none available. The desk clerk threw us a yogurt and offered us a Keurig cup of coffee. We would not stay there again.
