Important Notes:

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washing machine and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the rubbish and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and car park.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m)- If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Storage space for bikes is provided.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
