The check-in process was easy. Appreciated the secure building and parking access. The host was great at providing information and responding quickly to questions.The suite is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Great kitchen! The king-sized bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom is spacious.The location is perfect for access to the Inner Harbour, Downtown, and Beacon Hill Park.We loved our stay at The Falls!

An excellent stay --- apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious. Lovely view of The Empress.Though it is in the heart of downtown, it was quiet at night. No noise issues. Location is terrific. Close to everything. Very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. Great amenities - we lucked out with the weather, and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The gym is very small (lots of free weights, but only one bench. No equipment), but usable in a pinch. There's actually a great gym a few blocks away (called Studio 4 Athletics) that you can pay a small fee to use. We did that instead. Check in and out via the Key Cafe was easy and quick. We'll definitely stay again!
