This condo was indeed an oasis in Victoria! It was the perfect location for us to rest and recharge between activities. Our family of four had plenty of space and enjoyed the comfortable beds and the pool. The location was very convenient and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Oasis at The Falls

My family and I had a lovely stay. The condo was well appointed, clean and beautiful. It is centrally located and close to everything you could want to visitdurung your stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and very walkable, the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the fluffy bedding made the space feel especially cozy. We also appreciated that the bathrooms were clean and well maintained.The only things to be aware of are that the key pickup process can be a little stressful if you’re arriving by car. Since the pickup location is in the middle of downtown, you’ll need to find parking before you can retrieve the keys and access the condo’s parking garage. Once you’re checked in, though, everything is much easier.I’d also say the condo is best suited for a couple or a small family. While there is a pull-out couch, opening it makes the living area feel quite cramped.

This property is well kept and perfectly located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the inner harbor, downtown, and at the parks. There are also plenty of dining options, including the Greek restaurant next door and the Social House on the corner. The accommodations were very nice with plenty of supplies (like coffee!). We also were grateful for the care Barb put into the information book on local sites and restaurants. We loved the Jam Cafe' for breakfast. The only snag, if you can call it that, was that we had six mature adults, so the sleeper sofa didn't work for our 3rd couple, and they decided to book a room at the Doubletree across the street instead. Not a big deal, but we had to make adjustments.

Excellent location. Small condo. Photos make it look more spacious Needs a little updating for the price (bedding, covering the entry closet, more of a neat and tidy towel storage. Very secure building. Our Tahoe, 6’8” barely made it into the underground garage. On our way in, the long bar saying it was 6’8” dragged and scraped along our roof, as we went down to the next parking level. Very scary. If we had not made it all the way into the designated parking space, there is really no where else to park.

Victoria getaway

This condo was perfect for us. The location near the Empress Hotel made everything we needed within walking distance, including buses to Butchart Gardens and the ferry terminal. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything that was required. Barbara was a very responsive host and our whole experience was wonderful!

Great 2 bedroom condo

Our family of four had a lot of room in this well appointed 2 bedroom condo. The Falls is centrally located for walking and with a secure parking spot, it was easy to come and go by car to farther away locations. We needed to contact our host about the heat pump and she had a repair company there within a couple hours after it was determined it needed a part replaced. We hope to stay there on any future trips.

This condo was super convenient to everything. It was cute, neat and clean. Perfect for the four of us. It also had a nice little work out room that we utilized each day. It is not large but we did not expect that being downtown. I was there with my husband and another couple. There were enough dishes to feed an army...very well stocked kitchen! The only ding(but not a big deal) was that the second bedroom was pretty dark. It could use a stronger lamp. We had a perfect stay here and would highly recommend.

There was a couple glitches- host reported vrbo calendar glitch so unfortunately for us, check in was delayed. Also, black out blinds in master bedroom had just broken with the last guest and host unable to fix for our 3 night stay. Exterior door handle also broken. Host was apologetic. Unfortunately for us- there was not enough time to rectify for our stay. Location is excellent- walking distance to many shops and restaurants. After housekeeping had finished, the condo was very clean.

Truly an Oasis

The owner Barbara, was such a lovely host. Quick to respond to any questions prior & during our visit. Very easy to navigate upon arrival. Having parking included is such a plus as we rented a car for 1 day to visit Buchard gardens & make the costal drive. My brother & mother and i visited Victoria for 3 nights & really enjoyed our stay. Home is set up with all the amenities & top of the line appliances. Very clean home w/ super comfortable beds & couch. The location is absolutely spectacular with Starbucks right across the street if you don't use french press or high end coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again & would certainly recommend to anyone. thank you, barabara for a lovely vacation home!!

The location is ideal for exploring Victoria, BC. It is close to the harbor and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication with the host before and during the stay was excellent. Since we arrived early, the host allowed us to drop off our luggage before actual check-in time which was very much appreciated. The apartment is as described and we highly recommend a stay here!

This is a comfortable 2 BR condo in an unbeatable downtown location. It is well stocked with almost everything you need, including a ninja blender and air fryer (altho lacking bath soap and the hair dryer is barely functional). Barbara kindly accommodated our request for early check in and late check out and an extra set of keys.There a couple of slightly confusing things — the process for getting the key is unusual (from an automated key box in the back of a nearby 7-11) and the very long arrival instructions are lacking some important details: you need to add a “1” before the code on the “key cafe” box inside a store downstairs. Also to get into the garage, the instructions say to press buttons labeled “1” and then “2” but the buttons are actually not labeled. But we figured it out. We also never found the info booklet in the condo, so had to hunt down the router to find the wifi password . Also there are so many chairs on the balcony that you can scarcely fit out there which is a bit odd. It looks like a fireplace has just been removed in the LR and there is a huge unpainted drywall patch, which is unsightly since the couch is facing straight at it. However, these are minor issues and it suited our purposes perfectly and we would definitely stay again.
