Found roaches in our room along with hair all over the bed, on bathroom floor, tub and sink. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also had another black bug that bit me, yes I told management or tried to but the lady at the front desk said he wasn't here. And couldn't get a discount on the room.

Disrespectful
I felt very disrespected when before i left to go to work the front desk had to check my room. Not a good experience at all. What kind of person do they think i am. I will never gi back and recommend the same to you.

Don’t Do It!
Well, they remodeled an old property, so it looks nice, but… The first room, the heating didn’t work, the second room had heating that worked, but no thermostat that worked, so all night long I had to turn the heat on, shut it off when it got hot, turn it back on when it got cold, turn it off, turn it on. The next morning, after a lukewarm shower that finally was just cold, I decided I was done, and attempted to check out early. The guy at the front desk hung me up for half an hour about not being able to refund since I booked online, but he could upgrade my “for free.” Just to get him to shut up, I agreed. Everything in the “upgraded” room worked just fine, except for the dead cockroach on the floor. I am sorry, but this was just dreadful.

This visit was a little disappointing. The floor wasn't swept, the fridge didn't work, and the neighbors woke us up at 6:00am with fighting and arguing outside our door.

Rented the room for two nights. No problems the first night but the second night when my nephew and a friend came by it became a serious enough problem that they kicked me out at 2:30am with no where to go, no one to call to come get me and cussed me out like i was pure tras the entire time as well as belittled me for having a guest over who was NOT staying the night. Toilet barely flushed and anytime you walked outside on the sidewalks huge cockroaches would scurry along heading straight to the AC units. Very quiet even when you are being called every name in the book for having a guest. If you dont mind being belittled and cussed at by all means go stay but i would seriously recommend someone informing them this is not how you treat paying customers

hi mellissa, we like our customer safe while being in property, you know why we have to remove you from property, you have five unregister guest and you have pet in your room not mention not paid pet fee during your stay, second of all you have covered smoked detector with plastic bag so that is enough to remove you from property. we don't allow unregister guest in room at all. that's why we have to removed from the room.

Lets just say dont expect your deposits back if you dirty a towel or the bed sheets with anything...place also is very noisy full of people walking around banging on doors! Customer service is bad if you need something they will redirect you to store instead..

Checking in was exceptional. Unfortunately the good ended there. Room was a mess, wasn't cleaned from last tenant. Then came the roaches, peeling stucco in bathroom along with peeling paint.

The room was great, we got there at 1:30am very tired the upstairs were blocked due to construction had to walk around the whole complex to get to our room which we were so tired we just wanted to rest the cable wasn’t working

There was construction going on at the hotel, electricity in 1st room was out, smelled overly musty, maintenance called front desk to change our room assignment and asked for first floor, she seemed bothered that we would request it and told him there was nothing avail but the hotel seemed pretty empty(he called her on speaker phone), was hard to flush the toilet, I had to go purchase a blanket as the 1 in the hotel seemed old and not favorable

The day we got there the staff lady did not even acknowledge our presents she was quite Rude the room did not smell very good and the free Breakfast was a honey bun,muffins,and a granola bar will never stay there again
