Mid-Century Modern Apartment @ Horner Park

This revitalized 1949 space, a love letter to mid-century tropical glamour, has been reborn with a wink and a nod to the past. This vibrant homage is curated with eclectic, local treasures of vintage finds, upcycled gems, and a splash of modern flair. The front king bedroom (sleeps 2), the back two twin bedroom (sleeps 2), perfect for kids, while the living room has a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) for additional guests. The renovated kitchen and bathroom add modern convenience, complemented by in-suite laundry. This bright space has sweeping Horner Park views, both inside and out, and you can fire up the grill on your private patio for a true retro cookout. There is a small courtyard with flowers, herbs, bike storage and gate access to the park. Free parking for one car, near bus stop, shops, restaurants, UVIC, Camosun, 6 minute drive to Cadboro Bay Beach-Gyro Park, and 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Well appointed house - everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, etc) and lovely environment. We really felt at home here. The kitchen was very well equipped - almost all the amenities of my own kitchen - and the bed was very comfortable. The park across the street was wonderful - it isn't often you find an off-leash dog area so close by and our golden retriever loved it. The small eating out area was very comfy. The apartment is close to all amenities.
