Guest garden studio suite walkable to Florence Lake, many hikes, a quick drive to Bear Mountain Gold & Spa Resort, Royal Roads University, Goldstream Park, shopping nearby with steps away from the Galloping Goose cycling trail with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria or Sooke. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Private outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, grill, and portable stove. High-speed internet. A smart TV. Dining space. Parking spot for one vehicle. Guest access: The entire studio suite is solely for you with a private entrance. Check-in can be fairly flexible as there is a key lock box. Nice little place

First visit to Vancouver Island.

The studio unit was nicely decorated with essential amenities. The outdoor patio and fire pit was very enjoyable each morning and evening. We saw deer and hummingbirds. The beautiful flowers in the potted plants were a nice touch. The French Press coffee maker took awhile to get used to, but made flavorful coffee.

Small but Perfect!

The suite is small and cozy, but has everything we needed! Bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, seating area was great! The outside patio area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Our puppy enjoyed the stay as well. We would definitely stay again!

Florence Lake Gem!

This was the perfect base for a half business / half pleasure visit to the Victoria region. The suite was perfectly appointed with everything I needed to prepare most of my meals and was so clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having my senior dog with me, and the walkability of the neighborhood.

Nice suite

The suite was down a flight of stairs at the back of the house. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. There was a nice outside area with a BBQ, and a sitting area. There was some noise from walking upstairs, but it was not a major issue. Overall it was a good experience.

Cozy Retreat

The 2 person suite was nicely decorated and clean. A cozy sitting area is provided on the deck for a morning coffee. Situated in quaint neighbourhood near Florence Lake. Close to the Galloping Goose bike trails and a short drive to Victoria. We plan to stay again while visiting our relatives

The suite was furnished nicely and the bed was very comfortable. Every detail was thought of, from extra blankets and toiletries, to extra sandals to wear around the suite because you forgot to pack slippers. The suite was very quiet and in a quiet neighbourhood. Great communication from the owners, too. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Langford area.

Excellent Experience

Whole experience was outstanding. Highly recommend for ease of stay in Victoria. Great location and access to all of our events. It was in a very safe neighborhood. The hosts were very accessible and always responded well to any questions we had. At the same time they were never intrusive. Apartment was always warm and quiet.

The unit was complete with all we needed and quiet.

The unit was furnished well with everything we needed and clean. It was quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I are capable of managing the stairs getting down to the unit but I believe there should be a a warning for those who may require handicap accessibility. For us, it was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

ABSOLUTLEY LOVED THIS PLACE. Even though i never met the owners, the entire process was easy - I had a late check in but it wasn't a problem. The bed was like pudding, the towels were like souffle. OMG. all amenities provided and then some. close to the lake for a nice walk, not far from shops. I went for work and I wished I could have stayed another day just to relax in. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Langford week

Our flight was delayed 3 times and we arrived around midnight instead of 3pm but we reached out and got almost instant response from the owner. When we got in everything was perfect! They left the light on for us and the heat was perfect on a cold night. The attention to detail in this suite is incredible. Everything you need and all the things you might have forgotten were there. Super impressed and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Bed is super comfortable also. Thank you for a great week.
