  • You'll love this charming 3 bdrm. WWII-era house in beautiful James Bay. Nestled on a corner lot with private parking, it's fully updated with a modern kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 3 heat pump units, a cozy gas fireplace & "unlimited" hot water on demand. It's fully fenced to keep kids & pets safe plus there's a huge park right across the street. It's only 1 block from Ogden Point or an easy 10 min. walk to the Inner Harbour & Downtown Vic. Enjoy!

    This cozy little house has everything you need! The master bedroom is upstairs and features a queen size bed, it's own ensuite bathroom with jetted-tub and separate shower, a handy washer/dryer and a great little balcony with seating for two!. The second bedroom is on the main floor and is equipped with a full queen-size pull-out bed/couch. Finally, there is also a single Murphy pull-down bed in the 3rd bedroom, also on the main floor, that doubles as an office space. Sleeping room for 5.

    Best of all for summertime, there is a fully equipped patio area with BBQ & Gas Firepit with seating for 6 adults!
