Cozy Cordova Bay Suite - 5min from beach!

***IMPORTANT INFO: - located away from downtown to enjoy more nature & safety. -you will need a vehicle to get around. - many stairs up to the suite; if you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be good for you. ***. One open room w/ king bed, ocean view guest suite in beautiful Cordova Bay. Located near Matticks farm, Elk Lake, Mt Douglas Park and Cordova Bay beaches. Fifteen minutes from the airport as well as downtown by car, twenty minutes from the ferry by car. Because this location is not located downtown, it’s recommended to have a vehicle to stay here. It’s perfectly located half way between everything you’d want to see, but you will need to drive. The bus would take 45min to get downtown. Perched up on a hill enjoy your coffee and meals while watching the ocean through a picture window or on a private balcony. Those with mobility issues keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs leading up to the suite. Message me if you have any questions.

We had such a nice time staying at this suite. It is tucked away in a really beautiful, safe and friendly area but also so close to Victoria. Our host was wonderful and very accomodating.The unit was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was so cozy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fabulous location for beach walks

Beautiful view with a small peekaboo view of Cordova bay. Close to bike path and tea house. One of only rentals that would take 2 large dogs. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The communication and suite and view were great. Also very accommodating for check out time which was very thoughtful. The bed very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again but there is a steep driveway and many stairs to go up to get to accommodation so not good for anyone with mobility issues.

Early check in and late check out really helped to make this working getaway productive and comfortable. Pet friendly- my dog loved the big bed provided. Bright, refreshing space, leafy views, very comfy bed. A bit of a challenge retrieving the key from the lock box as it is in an awkward position.

We spent an enjoyable week here! The view is stunning, the quiet was delightful, and the host was friendly and helpful, but also not in our space at all. The suite has all your cooking needs, a lovely patio to relax on, even board games if desired. A delightful respite from the bustle of the city yet within easy driving distance to tourist sites, the beach, and shopping. Definitely a huge step up from starting at a hotel, and somewhere I'd return to.

Just what we were looking for

I was doing a race at Elk Lake, and the property was exactly where and what we needed - it was very quiet, but close to the highway and the lake. The suite was super clean and had everything we needed and Deandra was really responsive to all my questions, It might be a bit far if you're looking for something close to central Victoria, but it was perfect for us!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

There is nowhere else I'd rather stay! The suite is immaculate and stocked with absolutely everything one might need: all the mod cons and a pantry of snacks and spices, shampoo and conditioner in a shower that WORKS, comfy bed and snuggly duvet .. Great place with all the amenities you need

The property is great, clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We arrived late and left early but this was a great place to lay our heads for the night with our doggy. Only minus was the owner living above getting up at 3:30 a.m which woke us both up for a little while. Everything else was good.

Stayed one night - apartment is in a quiet residential area. Comfortable and clean. Always appreciate a pet friendly rental - dog bed and bowls provided. It was an easy drive from downtown area. We enjoyed the trails around the nearby Elk Lake and also had a great time wandering around the Butchart Gardens (dog friendly!) Deandra was very responsive to messages - instructions to get in etc were very clear.
