Right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, our condo is within walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Step out and explore the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Bastion Square, Market Square and the many funky restaurants and cocktail bars spread throughout the downtown core.

After a day exploring our beautiful city, drive into your secure parking spot and take the elevator up to a quiet and relaxing space. The condo is one of four units per floor in a concrete building, so peace and privacy are ensured. Large windows in every room make for a very bright and airy welcoming home which has in-floor radiant heating.

There are two separate bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) and own TV, and the other with bathroom (shower) just outside the room. Fans are available in each bedroom, which have room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Denby china, kettle and coffee maker ready for you to enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony or at the bar perched on one of the four stools around the counter.

TV, Netflix and wifi are included. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your first couple of days, as well as basic herbs and spices. We also have a number of board games available for your enjoyment. We use environmentally friendly and natural body care products.

You will have full use of the condo, outdoor patio and car and bicycle parking spot. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking inside or on the patio or in any of the public spaces. Please make sure you read our condo information binder which is full of helpful hints and recommendations you will need so you can explore the city easily.

We are meticulous about cleaning and use safe, natural and biodegradable products to clean and disinfect the condo.

Victoria stay

Beautifully appointed, excellent location for those visiting Victoria. Restaurants, tourist sites shopping we're within walking distance. Parking included was definitely a bonus.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Condo

This property is well situated in the heart of downtown Victoria with easy access to the shops on Government street, the harbor and Beacon Hill park. The condo was as advertised and had all of the essentials for a wonderful weekend in Victoria. We would absolutely stay here again!

Victoria getaway

A short weekend getaway for my husband and I and our son and his girlfriend. A perfect location - central and close to great restaurants, the harbour, shopping, et cetera. Sanna was very helpful. We would highly recommend!

Lovely property!

Great location in Victoria and property did not disappoint. The entire unit was well appointed with furnishings and artwork. On site parking and so many amenities in walking distance made a great stay. Host Sanna answered any question promptly. Hope to go back again soon and stay longer.

This condo is in a perfect downtown location. It was beautifully clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Comfortable furnishings and very light and bright. Sanna responds to inquiries very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo unit was perfect for our stay. The location allowed for easy walking in town and even to other sections of the city. The condo was very clean and comfortable and quieter than expected for an urban setting (and that’s with our windows open). We definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic place for a getaway!

This condo was just perfect for a getaway to Victoria! My friend and I loved everything about it. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant we had great privacy and everything was both cute and comfortable. Everything was supplied. The check in process was smooth and painless, and Sanna the host is a wonderful communicator and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this condo, and would stay again!

Excellent rental

We really enjoyed our week in Sanna’s property. She was excellent at communicating with us and even met us upon arrival to store our luggage early for us. The apartment was well located, fully equipped, very comfortable and updated. Parking was easily accessible and secure. Check out was easy. I would highly recommend this rental. We will try to book it again for our next visit to Victoria.

This is a great condo!

This was a great condo in downtown Victoria! We are a family of 4 with two 5 year olds and this condo worked great for us. There is a good selection of games that we enjoyed playing together. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms so we were all able to sleep well. The check-in process is a little convoluted and confusing, but Sanna was very communicative about it and it was so helpful! I wish we were staying a couple more days to explore the neighborhood and get to enjoy the lovely patio. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful condo, amazing host

This condo looks just like the pics and has anything you would ever need. The beds and bedding were like you were staying in a fancy hotel, extremely comfortable and luxurious. The patio outside was amazing I just wish it was warmer so we could have used it more. The location is perfect, so close to everything and you didn’t really hear traffic/people noise that you would normally hear with a condo right downtown. Sanna was a great host, very quick with responding and easy to communicate with. She went over and above to help us out with any requests we had. I would highly recommend this condo and would use it if I visited Victoria again.

Great location and a wonderfully furnished apartment.

Our party of 3 stayed on Broughton Street for 7 nights. The location is superb within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions downtown and around the inner harbour. When I say walking distance I mean within 10 minutes. The apartment is nicely furnished with very tasteful decor having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sheets, towels. china, glasses, mugs, silverware, appliances etc were all first rate. There were abundant cleaning supplies and cooking basics to get us started The unit has a nice private balcony and because the unit is situated at the back of the building it is quite quiet. A parking space is provided in a very secure space within the building. Overall we could not have asked for more!

Lovely Condo Great Location.

This urban gem, located in the heart of downtown Victoria, is bright, spacious, and perfect for a stay in beautiful Victoria. Located in a secure, well-maintained building with underground parking and key fobs that worked very well, guests feel very safe. Sanna was quick to respond and check-in was easy. It was my second time staying at this lovely condo. This time with my granddaughters for a week and then a friend stayed for a few days.They were all very impressed with this immaculate comfortable condo with its great walkability to everything. It has a fully equipped kitchen but with all the great restaurants nearby we only did a little cooking. There is also a grocery store closeby. The beds were very comfortable , lots of towels provided, along with shampoo and toiletries. . Wifi and TV. are very convenient to use. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and evening drinks. Our host contacted me to check how our visit was going and if we needed anything. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this condo and would stay again.
