Westshore mall is conveniently located within walking distance, also Wal Mart, Thrifty, Fairway market, Shoppers Drug Mart, Cineplex, Starbucks, Tim Hortons (24/7), Burger King, KFC, Oppa, McDonalds etc. Closeby bus route and around 25 minutes drive to downtown Victoria.

* Entire guest suite including 1-Bed room , living room and 1 washroom, (NO Kitchen or Laundry)- 1 Free car parking on driveway. Also, additional Free parking on street.
* Bedroom has a brand new queen size bed along with new comfy mattress, fresh linens
and closet ( includes plenty of clothes hangers, Iron stand and good quality steam-
Iron)
* Living room has brand new 50 inches Samsung UHD smart TV, with free Netflix access.
2- chair dining table, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, electric water kettle, mini
fridge, and necessary condiment supplies.
* Washroom features shower, sink and toilet along with shampoo, conditioner, body
soap and hand soap supplies. Also a new good quality hair dryer.
* Suite also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi access.
* Owner lives on upper floor along with family, so ready to help, as needed.

Guest Access:
This suite has an independent entry from east side of the house. Guests can self-check in using the electronic key-lock pad.
