2 BRDM MODERN Suite in Royal Bay w/ Ocean View

NEWLY Built House with a Gorgeous Self-Contained Suite. Come enjoy the amazing views of the ocean in this bright 2 BDRM Unit!

High speed WiFi and Cable TV included. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can enjoy this beautiful home away from home! Self-check-in available for ease of access.

Two bedrooms with Queen sized beds (sleeps 4), and the living room also has a sofa that can be flattened for a 5th guest.
For bookings made for less than 5 guests, please inform us ahead of time if you are intending on using the sofa bed. We will inform the cleaner so that it can be set up for your stay (extra fee will apply).

Families with small children are welcome however please be aware that no family amenities are provided in the suite. Also, there is no dishwasher, guests will be responsible for washing their own dishes.

Beautiful view! Sparkling clean.

What a great place to stay in Victoria. About a 25 min drive to downtown, this place was like a sanctuary with beautiful views and a well appointed kitchen. We found the entire place to be sparking clean and even nicer than the pictures indicated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing Trip

Place was clean and inviting. The view overlooking the water was beautiful in person, the pictures don't do it justice. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Ek was quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again next time!

Easy to recommend. Clean, private and spectacular view. Host responds quickly and the communication is clear. Fresh flowers in the kitchen and bathroom. Cold drinks welcoming us which is so thoughtful in the heat of summer. Our short stay was over too quick.

We stayed at this property to start off our Vancouver Island trip. It was convenient for us to be about 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Victoria, and 20 minutes closer to Port Renfrew which we visited for the exeptional tidal pools at Botanical Beach. It had a well equipped kitchen, was very clean, and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood a close drive to grocery shopping and hiking down at the beach parks. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Park mountains from our living room. We would come back here again.

Getaway to Victoria

My daughter and I came to visit Victoria as well as some other sight’s on Vancouver Island. The location was perfect. About a 30 minute drive to the Inner Harbor. The place is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view. The place was nice, bright and I loved that it has 2 bedrooms. We had a minor issue with the lock box to get in and contacted the host, Ek. He arrived within 10 minutes and resolved the problem. We went on a beautiful 4 mile walk to Hatley Castle, just a 5 minute drive. Beautiful and would recommend. Found an amazing bakery right by the trail called the Royal Bay Bakery. Excellent breakfast and lunch options. 30 minutes to the north and we were at Butchart Gardens which is well worth the drive and experience. We had a wonderful stay, and the VRBO is in the perfect place to go in any direction for many options of places to see. Would stay here again.

Great view, big picture window

Property exactly as advertised. Clean, bright, simple. Coffee and (bottled, sparkling) water appreciated. Only 4 pods for 1 day (we were staying for 2) bought our own coffee anyway, so not a problem. Advertised as sleeps 4/5 people. My husband and i brought our 2 adult daughters = 4 adults (for a local wedding) so we needed the 3 beds. We paid for 4 adults as advertised as 2 bedrooms, and 1 couch in the lounge for 4/5 people. We had enquired prior, and indeed the couch was a pull out allowing for 2 adult daughters to have own bed. However, there was no bedding at all for the couch/bed. When we enquired, they wanted to charge an extra $50 for sheets. We did not want to do this, as we had bedding in the car (we would be camping after). What would the harm be to have sheets and linens for the futon couch? As advertised?

Quiet, restful retreat.
