"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. The rooms were special, really enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The air conditioning worked well and made the sleep comfortable.
