The Zambezi NP and Victoria Falls NP and educational/interesting vulture feeding at Victoria Safari Lodge are all walkable. The property is visually interesting and the staff and food are wonderful!!!

Lovely stay and a lovely property: nicely appointed rooms, very pleasant dining and lobby area, attentive and friendly staff. Owner also came around and met all the guests which was a nice touch. Only downer is the hotel is slightly distant from the town and falls - too far to walk in hot weather. But a great experience and good value for the cost.

If you are scrolling, look no further! This is the place to stay in Victoria Falls. Beautiful accommodations, great location, but the best part is the STAFF!! Before I arrived they were so supportive of helping me plan our first visit - making recommendations, helping with bookings and transfers…it was like having the support of a 5 star concierge, but in an intimate setting. Thank you Loveness (& Zenzo, Adam, Natasha) for hosting us and making everything excellent!!

Great place to stay in Vic Falls.

Phil, Mounette, and Staff will exceed your expectations. The location is great, the staff will do what ever they can to make sure your stay is great. They we're doing some remodeling before we arrived but Phil had contacted us giving us the opportunity to change our stay, I very happy we did not change. They we're very respectful of us being there and did not bother us at all. Thanks Phil for a great stay in Vic Falls

I am SO glad that I found Pamarah Lodge for my spontaneous weekend trip to Victoria Falls! Phil, Mornett, Russ, and all the rest of the staff all addressed me by name and made me feel so welcome - they genuinely cared that I had an amazing long weekend with them! In addition to the actual lodge being gorgeous, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent, plus when you wanted to venture out the staff was all super helpful with making reservations and getting transportation if it wasn't included with your bookings. As a solo female traveler, I have never felt safer and more taken care of while exploring somewhere I'd never been before. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Clean hotel with not great amenities and service

Lodge is new, so it's in good condition. We had the family room, which i cannot recommend. The staircase going to the second floor is treacherous and really too dangerous for kids, if that is who you plan on putting up there. Breakfast was ok. Cannot recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner as there is only one option for each meal. Really not a restaurant. I wouldn't stay there again in returning to Victoria Falls.

We had a good stay here but we were not thrilled with the reception staff, as we did not find them overly friendly throughout the stay. The first night our room was also full of mosquitoes, which may be a common occurrence given they suggest spraying for them before bed upon arrival. The breakfast was good and the pool as well. We had pictured walking to VF but it’s 45 minutes away and through residential neighbourhoods, so it’s a $5 cab each way. Overall an okay stay but would likely choose somewhere else if visiting again.

This is my second time at the Lodge. Both times I had a very good experience. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit The Victoria Falls. They will arrange special activities for you. Very well managed property. By the way, great breakfast too !!!!

Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

Very well run small inn!

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return. If I can give this place ten stars I would.

Har enbart positiva saker att säga! Vistelsen var underbar! Personalen var fantastisk, de var informativa, behjälpliga och så måna om oss. När de fick reda på att vi hade smekmånad dekorerade de vår säng och gav oss en flaska bubbel som överraskning vilket var så fint att få. Vi vill tillbaka! Taxi behövs på kvällarna då djuren besöker staden efter att solen gått ned och hotellet inte ligger i anslutning till restaurangerna.
