The refrigerator door didn’t close tightly so the freezer was frozen over, with someone else’s things inside. There was only one bath towel, and we 4 reserved for 3 people. There were no lamps, just bright ceiling lights. There was a smell after flushing the toilet, every time. We had a late checkin and stayed one night, so we didn’t bother asking for improvements. "
