First and foremost, the front desk staff was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially when we checked in late. When I mentioned we needed to check out early for my daughter’s swimming meet, she even offered to arrange an early breakfast for us, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean overall, but could use some updates. The chair was dusty, and there was a noticeable black spot on the lampshade. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a plus. My main concern was the door lock. It felt a little loose even when closed and locked, and since our room door was outside the main building, it made me a little uncomfortable. Waffle House is conveniently located right across the hotel and within walking distance. The area was okay, but I wouldn’t feel completely comfortable staying alone. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the great customer service made a big difference!

Late arrival and the personnel at the desk was happy to see us and upbeat, great check in after a long travel day. The room seemed clean, but we found roaches in the restroom and on the towels, we could not get comfortable after that. Great location with beautiful view of the MS river, but the facility looks in poor conditions, it does not look like maintenance is last priority. Check out personnel at front desk was great as well.

The service at check-in and check-out was excellent. Our rooms were cleaned daily and beds made and clean towels supplied. Prices are reasonable. Waffe House is a short walk in the parking lot. Quiet and nice view of the bridges and river traffic.

This hotel was older. It’s still needs some renovation. The pool was down which is why we picked this hotel. The view was pretty. The staff is very friendly.
