"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "The rooms and hotel were clean, including spa and gym area. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. surrounding area was convenient with bus stop right in front and a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Every single staff member I came across was super friendly and helpful. There was no pot or coffee/tea in the room, but I think they will loan it out at the front desk if you need it. If ever in Gothenburg again, would definitely be my first choice."
