In a private domain, Mediterranean villa with a garden and a swimming pool, all designed by a renowned local architect.

Close to the villa, the village center (700m), the immense Vic lake (800m), the beach (3km), a golf course (7km), the Gardiole massif (known for its hikes ), the Aresquiers wood .....

The living space, 85m2, fully open, is composed of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, 1 large freezer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, ...).

The living room is composed of 2 sofas, a LED TV (satellite reception), a DVD player, a beautiful operational fireplace (which works every winter),

A dining room that can accommodate 12 people completes this space.

Finally, a table football, located in the living room will delight holidaymakers, young and old.

On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be brought together), as well as an independent studio with a double bed and a very small room with a single bed (the studio is well suited for a couple with a child).

The house has a bathroom (with bath) and 3 shower rooms. Each shower room is equipped with a toilet. In addition, there is a guest WC.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (it is also possible to dry the laundry outside in a dedicated space).

The outdoor area is made up of a landscaped garden with barbecue, a terrace with 2 large tables (12 people) and a large summer lounge (pool house), very popular in the height of summer.

Finally, a dedicated play area with basketball hoop and table tennis table completes the exterior parts.

In low season:
-The entrance to the premises can be done any day of the week.
-The price displayed for the night is valid for a minimum reservation of 7 nights. It is possible to book for less than 7 nights (3 nights minimum) but the price of the night will be increased.
-A reduction will be applied for any reservation of 4 weeks or more.

In high season:
-The entrance to the premises will be on Saturday only and for a minimum duration of 7 nights.

On request, we can prepare and deliver meals to you based on fresh seasonal and regional products (with a minimum order).

Great location
Jeff kept in communication, offering advice where necessary. Very good pool (children & adults loved it) and outdoor living/dining areas. Pool had cleaning robot, which kept kids occupied! Spacious inside lounge/dining/kitchen areas. Property quite secure. On first entering residential site we were surprised at the poor grounds maintenance (site of a now closed restaurant). Some of the furniture inside and outside looked tired and some door fittings needed repair. Wi-fi weak. Limited connection upstairs, and around pool/patio seating area. Frustratingly the Netflix app on tv kept buffering.

Very pleasant villa. Pool a great hit with the children both indoor and outdoors. Within easy walking distance of shops, riding and wildlife. Many utensils but Needs a decent knife. All in all a great place to holiday.

Agréable séjour en hiver
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avant Noël chez Jeff. La maison est à l'image de la description et les enfants ont apprécié, baby-foot, table de ping pong et panier de basket, à défaut de la piscine à cette saison. Quelques petites choses sont néanmoins à revoir, j'en ai informé Jeff qui prendra tout cela en considération.

Excellentes vacances dans un petit coin de paradis
Un grand merci à Jeff pour ce séjour parfait dans votre villa paradisiaque. Nous étions avec la famille et nos enfants et nous avons été très surpris agréablement car la maison et le jardin étaient encore plus beaux et grands que sur les photos ! La végétation autour de la piscine nous a fait penser à nos nombreux séjours à l'île Maurice et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La plage des aresquiers est à quelques minutes en voiture et est splendide. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profité de la cabane de pêcheur située face à la maison qui offre un grand panel de produits frais.

Espace de vie extérieur super avec piscine barbecue patio (piscine géniale pour les petits comme pour les grands avec sa plage) Chambres avec salles de bain toilettes, chacun a ainsi son espace privé Cuisine avec îlot central très agréable et pratique Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui a essayé de tout organiser pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible Un peu isolé car il faut prendre la voiture pour toute activité et courses mais très calme Je recommande !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. Nous l’avions choisie pour la proximité des plages. La maison était très calme et le jardin très bien agencé avec la superbe piscine, la table pour les repas et le vois salon pour passer d’agréables soirées. Nous étions 5 adultes et 6 enfants et n’avons jamais eu l’impression de se marcher sur les pieds. L’intérieur est propre et la cuisine assez grande et pratique. Les enfants ont pleinement profité du baby-foot et de la table de ping-pong. Je recommande.

Très belle maison spacieuse et pratique :)
Nous avons loué la maison pour 6 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. Celle -ci est spacieuse et pratique car un espace pour chacun les 4 salles de bains sont très appréciables. La cuisine est bien équipée il ne manque rien (senseo à dispo pour info). Coté extérieur, la piscine est très bien, le propriétaire l'avait chauffée pour les enfants à 22° (séjour en octobre donc des nuits fraiches). Nous avons pu profiter également de la cour arrière avec la table de ping pong et bien sur le baby foot à l'intérieur, beaucoup d'activités pour occuper tous les enfants ! La villa se trouve dans un espace fermé car accessible par le parking d'un camping, le seul inconvénient est le portail qu'il faut penser à refermer à chaque fois (sinon mécontentement du voisin) nous avons suggéré au propriétaire de laisser au moins 2 clés aux locataires car sinon galère à plusieurs familles. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il nous a donné beaucoup de recommandations sur les balades, les commerces et les restaurants de la région. Aux alentours, une balade dans la forêt des arsquiers (départ à 2 kms de la villa accessible par une piste cyclable) est très sympa. La plage est à quelques minutes en voiture (également accessible par la piste 4 kms environ) et le petit village de Vic est très mignon il y a quelques commerces de proximité. Montpellier est à 20 min sète également. Nous avons également profité des tennis de Vic. Bref, un très agréable séjour en famille.

Un magnifique moment de détente en famille, pour une réunion de famille
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette très belle maison. Les propriétaires ont été fiables et réactifs tout au long du séjour. Madame nous a préparé 3 repas sur commande absolument délicieux (pas bon marché mais très copieux et surtout délicieux: entrée-repas-dessert et parfois même fromages). Toutes les chambres ne sont pas de même valeur: la plus belle est celle du haut avec salle de bain privative. La seconde sont en fait 2 chambres avec une grande salle de bain partagée au rez. Seul fait étrange: la climatisation de ces 2 chambres est dans la salle de bain si bien qu'il faut garder les 2 chambres ouvertes pour espérer un peu de fraîcheur. Nous n'avons finalement pas utilisé la clim. La 3ème est le petit studio attenant. La première comme la dernière sont climatisées. Par contre la dernière chambre est plutôt chaude, assez simple et la salle de bain est minuscule, pas le même standing. La vie extérieure est assurément le point fort de cette maison avec un grand patio couvert, un bel espace pour y dresser une longue table (10 chaises) et encore un espace à l'arrière de la maison avec table de ping pong et panier de basket. La piscine est parfait. Le salon / salle à manger (jamais utilisé comme tel) et la cuisine sont en fait un grand espace convivial. Un foot-foot y met une pointe de détente supplémentaire. Il y a également assez d'espace pour plusieurs voitures devant la maison, à l'intérieur d'une zone résidentielle fermée. De très belles plages à moins de 10 minutes en voiture avec grande facilité pour trouver de la place. Et les plages sont certes occupées pas pas bondées. Bref à recommander pour les grosses familles et groupes d'amis.
