"Giusy, our host was very plesant and quick to respond with, check in, queries; also on whats app,etc. The Accommodation is spacious, clean, with an ample Kitchen and utilities. Outside I could park the car within a spacious private garden area which included outside dining furniture. We also by car had a superb seafood dinner at her nearby restaurant, right on the beach. Great place to stay, I would go back again."

"We booked this property at the last minute as our original choice in Tropea was WELL below standard. Gianfranco was very quick to respond and accommodate our suddent change in plans. He readied the house in a few hours for an early check in and even met us in the town piazza to guide us directly to the house. He was an excellent, responsive host. Von der Terasse hatte man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und den Stromboli mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen Pool- und Gartenanlage war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und schön. "Very much enjoyed our stay at this small, 10 room boutique hotel. We were there for a two night stay mid week in July - hotel seemed about half full and we had the pool to ourselves. A couple major things to note here: Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Particularly for Italian standards, which let's face it, are not very high. Everything was home made - including the croissants and baked goods - and an omelette and fresh squeezed OJ were available on request at no extra cost. Seriously a great amenity that we had forgotten about since our stays back in the Dolomites. Pool was also very enjoyable with assigned loungers from our room for the duration of the stay. Staff was great (Thanks Dominico!) and there's free on site parking in a garage underneath the hotel, which was super convenient. Room decor was not exactly our style, but the room was superbly clean and AC was crisp and cold. Easy walk to town (no sidewalks so be careful!). Made for a great base to explore Tropea and could easily see staying longer to explore more spots on the coast. Overall a great experience!"
