"De ligging van het chalet
Dat er groot onderhoud plaats gaat vinden, want nu worden dingen (druppelen kraan,luiken die niet of moeilijk sluiten, betere vaatwasser,leuning van de buitentrap is wankel, de treden van die buitentrap zijn aan verbetering toe etc) verwaarloosd. Ik en mijn gezin hebben dit chalet al vaker gehuurd en altijd tot volle tevredenheid, maar zijn nu toch geschrokken van achterstallig onderhoud. Heel jammer!"

Studio könnte mordernisiert werden (z.B. Bettsofa, Mobiliar, etc).
Allgemein (hat nichts mit Studio zu tun): Parkplatzsituation im Dorf ist beim An-/Abreisetag chaotisch (sehr viele PP wurden aufgehoben, zu Ungunsten vieler Wohnungen, die nicht über PP verfügen). => Involvierte Stellen, die Angebote für Gäste/Touristen bereitstellen, sollten schnellstmöglich eine Lösung dafür finden)"
