"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. "The rooms were very spacious, especially if you had a lake view. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."

"Don’t normally do reviews but this one deserves one! Lots to do and the whole resort is clean and tidy. The pools were great especially the adult relax pool. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking and can be seen from your room, to eating in the restaurants and to swimming in the pool. The staff were all great and were always helpful and did things with a smile and often went above and beyond what was expected. It was my wife’s 30th birthday while we were there and without asking she was given a birthday dessert, Prosecco and limoncello shots. All on the house! They also went to the effort of buying a ‘30’ balloon as a surprise and left it in the room on her birthday. Only downside is how far it is from Malpensa airport. It can be €300 one way in a taxi so it’s cheaper to hire a car which we did. However the effort it took to get there was well worth it! Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is Fab! The view is worth every penny and highly recommend getting a room with a view of the lake as watching sunset from the balcony was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The restaurant/ Bar was also fab with gorgeous pizzas for good value and could see a lot of locals visit to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was also never an issue. Only issue I would say is the lack of aircon. They do provide fans in the rooms but one of our nights it wasn’t quite enough and struggled sleeping but would still stay again."
