ADVERONA FLAT- VERONA JOURNEYS IN THE CITY CENTRE WITH PARKING
In the city centre near the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe in ancient building new apartment for 4/6 people with private parking on the first floor with the elevator.
It is a very quite building
The apartment has a sitting room with kitchenetteIt, it has 2 double bedrooms and in the sitting room a double sofa bed, there are a bath with shower and a bath with tub.
Nearby there are lot of restaurants and shops
It is max 10 minutes walk from the Arena
Parking is not included and you have to book it.
It is 30 € a night.
Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€95) is required.
At check-in, a damage deposit of €200 will be requested via credit card.
After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
